Loved the burger. It was very similar to the shake shack style of burgers if you are familiar…
Service was prompt during the lunch rush. My burger and onion rings were ready in less than 5 minutes. The staff was very cordial. Overall, well worth your time!

Our team was exhausted after finishing an event at the convention center. James set the tone by being energetic and friendly, and Tanika (spelling?) stopped by a few times to clear trash off the table and made friendly conversation. The staff seemed happy to be there and, overall, it was a great visit.

had a single cheese burger to go, i wanted a drink as well, but the size of the cup and the price you pay makes me say no.
burgerfi if your listening, a bigger cup for drinks if yr eating in,
and if yr taking out a 10c cup the size of a big gulp would do
more to generate biz than people like me saying no to a drink.

Best description possible: tasted like 5 guys with a Wendy’s bun, grease was dripping down my arm, paid 12 bucks for the size of a Big Mac, but if I wasn’t starving, it probably wouldn’t have tasted as good. Fries: decent, but still artery killers. I’m not trying to mean, I’m just motivating you to do better, cuz the competition out there is real.

First time visitor of this restaurant/​chain. I liked it. I had the BurgerFi burger (2 patties for $ 5.97) but added grilled onions (free) and mushrooms ($ 1) to my burger. As others have stated, the burger is small-​ish, but filling. Lettuce and tomato were fresh, onion/​mushroom combo was tasty, and I enjoyed the bun. I wish there had been more sauce on the burger though. I can’t say whether I liked the sauce or not. Next time I will ask for more sauce or maybe get it in the side.
I had the freestyle soda ($ 2.67). Free refills, so I drank one and took one to go.
I didn’t order the fries and/​or onion rings ($ 2.77−5.97 plus toppings). It would have been too much food. I would have preferred a side salad option, but it’s not offered. (I know, I know, it’s a burger joint, not a health food store.)
Décor was hipster-​pleasant, and the place was clean. Restroom too. I opted to sit outside.
I’ll be back, if only to truly sample the BurgerFi sauce.

I had read some reviews about BurgerFi not living up to the hype, not being worth the money, etc so was a little reluctant to try it. However, after a rainy day and spending time at Funderdome with our 2 year old, it smelled delicious and was close, so we decided to try.
My husband and I each got a burger (he got the triple, I got the BurgerFi cheeseburger), split the Fry & Cry, and our daughter got a Vienna hotdog. All for under $ 30. I was impressed since everywhere else in Fort Lauderdale has been pretty pricey! (Yes we are from out of town) The other thing that impressed me was that they do not ask for tips! Another rarity — I wanted to tip because it was so good/​prompt and the girl at the counter asked me just to write them a good review!
The only thing I didn’t love was the Parmesan garlic on the fries that we opted for but that was my husbands call ;)
The atmosphere was also great for our 2 year old as they are casual and weren’t very busy yet. Would go back again!

I have been to several burger fi’s and I’ve always been very pleased. Unfortunately I can not say the same about this location… We came for an ice cream after spending the day at funderdome thinking this would be the more enjoyable ice cream choice. We asked for sprinkles on our «sundaes» and they literally put 5 sprinkles on them. When we asked for a few more the manager argued with us and said that’s all they put… Has he ever seen an ice cream sundae before? I feel totally ripped off and my children were very disappointed.

They can’t follow directions in the kitchen or at the counter. No ketchup in the burger. And no ketchup in the bar for the onion rings. Both were requested. When you get take-​out and realize it later, your left with a boring meal.

Well I should expect nothing else. Once again the vegi burger was awesome. So happy I even added a fried egg to it and mmmm good. And for a side I had a apple dog with grilled onions. Now that was tasty hotdog. Always luv these burgers never a bad one yet .
Place was looking good. Def smaller than the normal BF. Sitting outside enjoying the nice day at lunch. Even good music on in the back ground .
Service was good. The gentleman who took my order was nice and helpful. Even when I walked in the cute girl cleaning tables said «hello» was nice .
She was great even came around and asked if things were good. And I like that. Anyway to sum up, come if u get the chance. You won’t be disappointed … And Thanks Burger Fi !

I SIMPLY LOVE BURGERFI! I don’t eat red meat often but when I’m in the mood for a hamburger, there are only 2 places that do it for me! Believe it or not… Denny’s is the other spot (Their Cheddar Bun Cheese burger is O-​MAZING!!)
BURGERFI burgers are tasty, fresh, quick and always filling, even though they seem as small as a burger at McD’s…they’re excellent! I love the shareable floppy steak fries they serve too! Always more than I can finish!
It’s a pretty chic blend of the working middle class social/​Introvert. You can grab a beer or have a glass of wine. Free wifi access and/​or all the refills you want on the state-​of-​the-​art soda machine that makes and mixes flavors you can’t find just anywhere. It’s definitely one of my favs!

Icky. Store was depressing prison sheik. The onion rings were beautiful but flavorless. The twice fried fries were greasy, not crisp, nor was the interior flesh fluffy.
I had a burgerFi burger. The description on the board was quite clear yet the counter person never stopped trying to upsell me. Why bother with the prebuilt burgers if you’re going to argue with the customer? The burgers were as grey as the concrete floor, and there was so little «burgerFi» sauce that I have no idea what it tastes like. From its color it looks to be an attempted clone of Big Mac sauce. Poorly made and carelessly assembled, it was embarrassing to look at.
In addition to dingy, the place was dirty and small. Litter on the floor, and that sort of thing. Too bad. The website promised burger nirvana and what I got was burger ghetto.

My husband and I decided to stop here when we needed a quick bite before heading to the air port. He decided on their breakfast burger and I made my own. We were both pretty hungry so we decided to go with doubles. We also shared an order of cry fries and I got a key lime concrete.
Our food came out quickly and was piping hot. The fries were so good, they were nice and crispy and had great seasoning. The onion rings were huge and had such a tasty batter. Burgers were juicy and delicious and totally hit the spot. The breakfast burger was maybe a smidgen sweet but not so much that it really detracted too much.
The key lime concrete was amazing. I had no idea what it was prior to ordering it but it was basically a piece of pie mixed up with some soft serve and it was amazing!
We definitely left full and satisfied. I would definitely come back again if I were craving a burger.

I read so many great reviews about this place that I had to try it out myself. Let me just say, AMAZING FOOD and amazing staff!!! The general manager (I believe his name was Tom) was so friendly and welcoming. He recommended the Conflicted Burger which was meat and vegetarian meat together. It was outstanding. Seriously this place is a must!!!

I am a real big fan of Burgerfi, but I had a bad experience at this location. They reached out to me apologized and assured me they would improve this location.

Lately I have been comparing all burger joints and Burgerfi keeps coming out on top. This place knows how to do it right. Right size burger perfectly fitted to the bun and it wrapped fir convenience. It’s right ever time.
Not having anything less anywhere else!

This location is the best one I ever visited. The accuracy of your order and quality of the food is amazing. You can tell that this location emphasizes customer service. The first time I ate here with co-​workers there were two convention groups also eating here. The manager Michael was amazing. He rallied the employees and even jumped on a register himself so that my party didn’t have to wait in line behind the convention groups. When they tell you your did will be ready in seven minutes, they mean it. And the food will arrive exactly as you ordered it. How refreshing and impressive! Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and management is not satisfied until the customer is. I highly recommend this location if you want great food and great service. It’s the perfect spot that’s fun and relaxing, but it really shines in the customer service department.

Boyfriend and I were in town for one night before a cruise and this place was a great dinner spot! Service was pretty quick for a casual dining place and it was very clean. Plus, it was COOL, which was great given the humidity and we had just walked about a mile to get there!
I had a custom burger and my bf had a BurgerFi Cheeseburger. Their standard burgers have two patties, and I’m guessing it’s because they are pretty small. We were both surprised at their size a bit, so I would definitely order a double patty if you do custom! I got a single but had fries and a custard shake so I didn’t leave hungry. Their burgers were delicious despite their size and were seasoned, which I love. All produce was fresh.
Their fries were good. Crispy and well seasoned. I got Urban fries, and I think my only issue was the garlic aioli was pretty thick and I was expecting something a little more like a sauce and less like a mayo. Still tasted delicious though.
I also had a Peanut Butter Custard Shake and that was fantastic. So smooth and had just the right about of PB. A very lovely treat. It does warm up quicker than ice cream though, so don’t mess around with drinking it!
BF loved their Freestyle Soda Machine. I did try some peach Sprite, which was awesome! I hope to see more of these machines in California!
This is a little pricier than your average burger joint if you get the whole shebang. To me it was worth it though.
Overall, a good pick thanks to Unilocal!Would definitely come here again if I were in the area.

We went back after we returned from our cruise. The food and service was just as good. I tried a different burger at the suggestion of the staff and loved the lemonade! We really appreciated the fast and friendly service and the delicious food. By the way, the onion rings were ridiculously good!

I think Burger Fi is better every time I eat a burger somewhere else.
There’s something about Organic Beef fresh ingredients, fresh fries and huge beer battered onion rings, industrial décor and friendly customer service.
This location is right off 17^th street causeway in the Ross plaza across from Vitos Pizza, and Gyroville. They offer Kids Day every Wednesday for a 2 $ burger or cheeseburger, free concrete with purchase of burger and fries.
There’s a grass area where they offer dog clean up bags for any ‘mistakes’, and many tables outside to enjoy the weather, including picnic tables where I saw friends get together with food from the other restaurants. I found a table for my dog to enjoy
near the grass.
I ordered the Quinoa burger (VeggieFi Burger) and my husband gets his usual Double Bacon Cheeseburger with desired toppings. Also added on the bill
— Concrete (frozen custard) Red Velvet Shake for after eating, and a small Chocolate Concrete Cup.
The Quinoa burger is tasty and moist, but seems to be cooked in a lot of oil. I do find it tastier than a regular burger here. Yummy home made fries and huge onion rings — I always wish there were more, but it ends up enough.
— ask for the special Burger Fi sauce on the side it goes perfect for fry dipping.
The Double Bacon Cheeseburger was good. My husband tried my quinoa burger and loved it, it really is tasty even if you’re a meat lover. I do find the meat is overcooked for my taste, I’m a medium rare kinda girl –no choice! I think the cheese and bacon is needed in these burgers to make them good.
At the end to get the desserts, I went up to the counter. The guy was happy to make it for us but he was alone working behind the cash, and had to make the custards. There doesn’t seem to be a lot of customers here, it’s a more quiet location.
Yummy awesome Vanilla custard with Red Velvet cake pieces mixed in it, really delish.
The little sized frozen custard was packed with toppings like nuts and was satisfying, I loved the chocolate flavor.
The prices are comparable to other designer Burger restaurants, and if you know what to order Burger Fi is better than many of them.

This would have been our 3^rd burger joint stop on the UYE had we not had the burger coma…
And I told myself we’d come back afterwards. Based on all the good reviews we read, we figure we got to give a try. So on this day, we made it here for lunch.
I really like a good juicy burger once a while and has yet to find that perfect one besides The Tub. I guess these kinds of burgers are hard to come by. We picked this place hoping for that but I don’t think they delivered it. Yes, 100% organic beef sounds great, but how does it taste? Nothing special if you ask me. Not with any flairs and definitely didn’t knock my socks off. The beef patties were thin and small, and in my mind not worth for the prices they are charging. We also ordered the fires. They were hot and crispy, but I think they added too much salt on them. We literally were brushing the salt off the fries or they’d be inedible.
On the good note, the décor was nice. The service was not bad. The food came out pretty quickly. But we had better tasting burgers at other places like ROK: Brgr and The Tub.
