I had purchased a gift voucher through Unilocal for Blue Sky Limousine. It was a voucher that had a $ 200 value towards any service. Upon purchase, I booked my reservation and I was set and confirmed. Prior to the pickup date, I called to just to confirm. I was told by the owner that that they will not honor the gift certificate and that it was not valid, because they did not authorize Unilocal to sell it. The owner said she would honor after I told her I already had confirmation, then later in the day changed her mind. Leaving me without car service the day before I was departing for a trip with my family. I advised Unilocal and they were quite surprised that a merchant was not honoring their own promotion.
