I’d give 5 stars for drinks, 4 stars for food, but because of the lack of customer service I unfortunately have to give 3 stars. Great strawberry daiquiris with a beach view. Food was pretty good also. But it shouldn’t take 15+ minutes to even get a server to acknowledge you. then it shouldn’t take another 15 minutes to get a drink.(Wasn’t even busy at the time). If you’re unaware«service charge» on your receipt is a tip. Tip is added on your receipt already so make sure you don’t double tip!

Service was Excellent, the omelette was somewhat greasy, eggs and bacon were good, atmosphere was great. Coffee needs some improvement.

The food here was not very good. I will say the conch fritters were great beware they add a «service charge» to your bill even if it is just two people. They don’t point this out so you could easily be tricked into tipping on top of the mandatory service charge. This is a very sneaky and unethical way of doing business

I should have listened Unilocalers. This is two stars at best. If I get eggs I always ask for over medium. It amazes me how many people that cook for a living have no idea how to cook over medium eggs. This guys idea was fried. Served on styrofoam plate with plastic utensils. At least the view was nice. The coffee is good though. Just found out they charge if you want more coffee. Who doesn’t have refills on coffee? $ 2.85 per cup of reg coffee. $ 24 including tip for one crappy breakfast. Another zero star if I could. Unilocalers AVOIDTHISPLACE!!!

In the classic story about the bunny and the turtle, they had a race. The bunny was pretty cocky and thought he had enough time to grab a bite to eat. He totally lost track of time and took a nap only to wake up to the turtle crossing the finish line. I’d like to imagine this turtle was rewarded with turtle booty and cereal endorsements while the bunny went on to make this burger shop. With his cockiness unchanged, the bunny claimed to have the best burger in Fort Lauderdale. Some bunnies never change. I ordered«The Burger» as it was displayed on the menu and skipped the variations. Did they just stop at the first idea on what to name the best burger? Why not call it The Bunny? Or the Top Bun Burger? Certainly, these two random ideas are better than«The Burger.» It took us awhile to order or even get acknowledged. When the server finally came around she was quite nice. I can totally dig the location too. The beach is across the street and there are plenty of giant umbrellas. Not a bad casual hang out spot. The original burger only comes with lettuce, onion, and tomato. That’s a Georgey for some cheese and the ketchup and mustard sit in bottles on the table. Where’s the Pizzazz? Their«Best Burger» dry and bare. I’d like to think the original burger that won this most prestigious award came with condiments and cheese included. Beach Bunnies gets 3 Cheesey Georges out of 5. Burger fame can go to your head. You’ll forget your friends, get addicted to drugs and start looking like Keith Richards. That describes the path this burger joint has taken. I believe a look in the mirror can help this burger relive it’s former glory. Not for the Booty!

Limited review. We only got the nachos which were just ok. The ground beef didn’t have much flavor. They were generous with the ingredients and had them spread throughout the pile of nachos and the dish was definitely edible and did the job. The location is right across from the beach and they have a lot of outdoor seating. The prices for beer buckets seemed reasonable but I didn’t not go for them this time. I’ll be happy to give them another chance because the location is great, the vibe seemed fun and the staff seemed friendly enough.

We only ordered drinks but the margaritas were AMAZING! Fresh fruit taste, just the right amount of alcohol! We regretted not getting the«giant» 2-for-1 margaritas. Also, wonderful service and great view from the outdoor tables — as close to drinking«on the beach» as you can get in Fort Lauderdale.

Cute little spot on the sidewalk of the beach Very beach town vibe Super casual even your plates are disposable. Too many birds, I’m scared of birds California omelette is really good: 5⁄5 Coffee is mediocre: 3.5÷5 Pancakes are very mediocre but the walnuts are awesome then again this isn’t ihop 3⁄5 Fish tacos — I was pleasantly impressed and the pico de gallo is tasty 5⁄5 Good experience overall

After scoping a few places along the beach for breakfast, my husband and I decided to stop in here. The menu looked good, prices seemed fair, and there were a bunch of people eating here.(The place next door seemed comparable but not a soul eating there… hmm peeps must know that Beach Bunnies is where it’s at) We got a table outside under an umbrella, perfect since I’m a redhead with very sensitive skin. I got the waffle with some fresh fruit and bacon as a side. The prices were fair and I got a good amount of food. I ate everything, had no leftovers, and was perfectly full. The fruit was super fresh & delicious and they gave me a ton! I was very happy. Coffee was meh, but it did it’s purpose of giving me a little perk of caffeine. I’m used to no smoking anywhere including patios of restaurants so when I saw the person next to us light up and I was not too happy. Since we were in a corner and didn’t have a breeze to get the smoke away from me it was not the best experience. Not the restaurant’s fault, but I’d like to see a ban since I don’t enjoy second hand smoke while eating my breakfast.

This is a very misleading business. They say they have Margarita’s but they are made with tequila flavored wine/malt mixes instead of real liquor. The sign says #1 burger in Fort Lauderdale which is a lie unless they hosted thier own burger competition. They are very sneaky also with including a «service charge» on the check plus spots for gratuity. If you tip them then they already have charged you a preset tip plup what else you give them on top. I also heard another local customer have a problem with a card they used a few days ago, they were complaining«extra charges». I would recomend using cash if you cant avoid visiting this place.

This bar is located right on the beech and next to our hotel. It is actually small inside but they have a lot of umbrella seating outside. We only had the 2 for $ 28JUMBO margaritas. They are very good and generous on the alcohol. We did not try anything else.

Honestly, most restaurants in this part of A1A are pretty substandard in terms of food but Beach Bunnies is a notch below. Not only is their food pretty gross but they operate dishonestly milking you for every penny they can. I visited twice(once for breakfast and once for lunch) and was disappointed both times. I ordered the Califonia Omelette for breakfast(there is an extra charge for cheese … In an omelette!) and it came with mushrooms and the most vile guacamole I’ve ever tasted. I would say it clearly came from a bag but I feel like that is too generous: it was the kind of slop/mush guacamole that I can only imagine comes from some sort of unlabeled can. For lunch a got a mediocre burger(extra charge for cheese, extra charge for fries … Again). They claim«voted best burger» but it was at best average and nothing special at all. Worst of all is this places deceptive practice of adding a «service charge». Other places in this area add an automatic gratuity(a result of the many European visitors here who are unfamiliar with our system of optional tips) but they make no effort to make this fact clear on your bill or on the menu. At most other places, the added gratuity is labeled quite clearly, here it is very obviously snuck in, so that I essentially double tipped and had my bill taken before I realized I’d been cheated. I understand there are unique demands on a business in this environment, however openly deceiving your customers and bilking them for every possible cent is no way to build a long term successful business.

The good: amazing location right on A1A looking out on the beach and ocean. The bad: wait time for food. It took us almost an hour to get our breakfast, and the place wasn’t even full. Ugh! And while the food itself wasn’t bad, it wasn’t anything amazing. As other have mentioned, they stick the automatic service charge on your bill. I understand the reason for this, but as locals it’s annoying. I highly doubt I’ll be coming back here.

I went there on a Monday afternoon around 1PM. There were only about 2 tables being served. There is an option to sit inside or outside. It is a very small place, but had a nice feel to it. The staff was very friendly and the food came out quickly. We started off with the nachos($ 11 I believe). They were very tasty. They loaded them with cheeses, jalapenos, tomatoes, ground beef, lettuce, ands a side of sour cream. It was a large sized portion I thought. Good start to a Monday lunch meal. Beach Bunnies advertised that they had the best burgers in Ft. Lauderdale so of course I had to try one. I got the«twice the fun» I believe it was called($ 12). Two burgers with the works(Pickles, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, side of mayo). Cheese was extra($ 2?) which I was not a fan of, but went with the jack cheese. The burger was cooked medium(waitress did not ask). Luckily for me, I like my meat cooked medium. Burger was exceptionally good. My only problem was the bread to meat ratio. Even with the two burgers, there was far too much bread. Other than that, a solid tasting burger. They also had a 20% service charge added onto the bill. Will I go back? I would go back, but not get a burger. They had other appealing options on the menu that I would be interested in trying.

It might be the fried shrimp high writing this review, but for am unassuming restaurant on the A1A, I found Beach Bunnies surprisingly good. I had planned on going to Coconuts but the 45 minute wait there sent me seeing a quicker bite. I walked by BBs and there was no wait and fried shrimp in the menu. And in-door seating. Sold American! The service initially was the typical nonchalant FLL service that seems to be the norm. Though as my meal progressed, the service got more attentive. Maybe it’s a shyness thing? My water and ice tea arrived on inland time and, though served in Styrofoam(what a turn off), the ice tea was brisk and fresh, and the water was good as well(you know how beach tap water sometimes tastes beachy?). My fried shrimp came quick and hot, with a nice panko crust, a few curly fried and a big Greek salad. For $ 14.99, it seemed reasonable to me. I hear the burger here is what they are known for but, didn’t see one, since I’m the only person who’s rather eat inside than outside apparently. This place could be annoying if you were hungover or grumpy. The music is loud modern hits, the blender is ever running, but I didn’t notice the servers yelling at each other like another review mentioned. I recommend if you need a quick bite and you’re in the area, but probably not worth making a special trip for.

Greek salad with shrimp comes with two pita slices of bread and dressing on the side. Very robust for a beach side café whom looked like they serve burgers more than salads We ate here twice. Decent food and it was not super pricey. Today we ate indoors and a staff meet was voicing her thoughts of an outdoor customer whom didn’t like the no American Express practice. Sorry — you’re among other patrons. Watch the level of your voice as you complain about other patrons in front of patrons. Pretty unsavory behavior. Bathroom today was highly trashed. This place is busy. Give it time on the service as they are slammed but the food is good at a reasonable price. Like other South Florida locations gratuity is automatically added at 20% to get those visitors whom don’t tip to tip. Not a fan of that here. Would adjust for slow service.
