Love Banyan Air. Very nice snd clean inside. The staff is very helpful at all time. This is a preferred FBO for a lot of my clients.

Outstanding calibre of service, no other FBO comes close. Not the cheapest option around, but of your looking for quality, competence, and full service, Banyan is simply the best, and a model for other FBO’s to strive for.

It’s a no brainer KFXE is one of the best and biggest in the world and in big part the «best» comes from this amazing FBO. Excellent customer service, décor and amenities. I love just going there to hang out and feel important lol!

I ordered a new kneeboard for my iPad from Banyan Air. One week later, the package arrived at my door. Only one problem… it was an empty box. My first thought was someone had stolen it from the box. Nope, it was shipped that way. Well it was a box with a picture of the kneeboard and some empty plastic bags, a couple of loose parts, but no kneeboard. I called Banyan and spoke with Donald, who was very nice. He apologized and promised to ship me another one the same day. One week later, the package arrived. I opened the box to find a kneeboard in a generic box with no documentation and several parts missing. This was obviously a display model, which had been used. Major parts were missing from it. I was discussed and called Donald back. He apologized again and asked me to mail it back. I spent $ 13.00 of my money sending them back their used display with the missing parts. I just wonder what their shipping department was thinking when they tried to pull this off on an unsuspecting customer. I ordered the kneeboard from another retailer and got it three days later in perfect condition. Sorry, I won’t be buying anything else from this company again.

This place here sets the standard for what FBO’s should be.
When you go to FBO’s, and they are not up to the standards that Banyan sets, you should give them Banyan’s phone number, and tell them to call and get some advice.

Great service with quick turn arounds. Flew in with a Corvalis 400 when the ramp was packed and was brought to the front of FBO. CSR and lineguys treat the pistons the same as the jets.

Was there on the way to The Bahamas. This is a first class FBO with no apologies made.
We spent about 9 hours there dealing with a magneto failure in our twin. Banyan got us right into one of their maintenance facilities and got the whole thing evaluated and repaired the same day. The people are fantastic (Chloe took us around in a golf cart, made sure we had waters on this very hot day, and watched after us the entire time).
The Jet Runway Café is right across the way with excellent food. Banyan has all kinds of amenities we took full advantage of: sleep room, rooms with big, overstuffed loungers and big TVs, snacks, couches, briefing rooms, flight planning rooms, computers with internet access, great views; you name it.
Banyan knows how to do service. And they’re a «Gateway FBO» for the Bahamas so they can steer you to the right islands, the best hotels, the correct procedures for flying the islands, and everything in between. Oh, and on this incredibly hot, humid day, their air conditioning ROCKS!

If you want to see how the elite travel in the fancy jets and turbo props, this is the place for you!!!
the 2009 fort lauderdale boat show, brought in some major toys, by the look of things, alot of people definitely receive some economic stimulus!
Your own private terminal, no tsa, no lines. you can bring your dog on the tarmac, cars waiting to pick you up at your jet. We .
even met danny bonduce, with his pet pup.
What a way to travel. This beats first class talk about «living like a rockstar!

just visiting this place, its pilot shop and having a quick bite at the runway café, was fun even for those that are not into aviation. see my reviews on the pilot shop and the jet runway café. eating at the café was cool, if only they would serve this food on the airlines in first class.
oh they do cater meals for your private jet…
