Business is NOT Military/​Veteran friendly. Several Über drivers that are Veterans of the war park in a ajacent lot next to the store (public property) to wait for Airport calls to make extra money that pension or disability doesnt cover. Owner constantly calling police asking that they not park Anywhere near shop, even on public property. These are hard workers with spotless records. Hes apparently not ok with others making money and feeding their families.

Very friendly, very professional and very knowledgable. Although it’s not as big as other gun shops, you’ll get the customer service you deserve when making a gun purchase. Their prices are a bit high, but I’d rather spend more for good service than pay less for crappy service.

As a new gun owner going into a gun shop is intimidating to say the least. Asking questions, the apprehension about what to do if they hand me a gun, how do I hold it, etc. John was awesome !! My buddy and I went in, and John spent a bunch of time educating us, even sent me to the bathroom to test different sights in complete darkness. He may not always be the cheapest price in town, but I’d rather give my money to a guy that cares enough to teach me to share in his passion the right way, than to pay a little less at a «big box» store with kids working there that have no real passion for the sport.

I stopped by this place to pick up a new AR 15. The guys here are very helpful and take the time to educate you on different options available. It’s a small shop but they seem to have everything you need. In fact they are the only game in town that has a decent supply of guns and ammo in stock !

Definitely one of the more honest and helpful establishments that I can find in the Miami area.

John knows guns. John knows a lot about guns. And he’s happy to share this knowledge with newbies like myself. I’m looking to buy a gun for myself but I’m still unsure what I want. And when we stopped by Acme for my dad to pick up a gun he ordered (John has a Federal Firearms License and can receive shipped weapons), I mentioned my conundrum. Revolvers, semi-​autos, large magazines, smaller magazines, 9 millimeter, 40 caliber, Beretta, Smith & Wesson, Karr, so much to see and John pulled bunches of guns from his displays so that I could see what they felt like and how they fit in my hand. I didn’t buy anything (I don’t have a Florida drivers license and so I can not purchase a handgun in Florida) but I sure have some ideas for when I get back to Charlotte.
