Taco Bell

I have exceptional culinary fluency and a broad familiarity with most all things gastronomique, but, having said that, i am certainly not above the pleasures of Taco Bell. Now, once we get past all of the obvious criticisms one could perhaps make regarding the chain, if one compares Taco Bell with its market competitors it allows for a more valid rating, and this is the context of my first Unilocal; I am rating this Taco Bell versus other fast food options, and, ultimately, against other Taco Bell locations. I think this is an appropriate first Unilocal as it represents an example of exceptional quality within the very limited wiggle room afforded by a large franchise corporate fast food restaurant such as Taco Bell.
The features of this Taco Bell that make it worthy of note all relate to the quality of the staff I’ve encountered at this location (fort gratiot, mi). I most often visit ‘late night’ when food options are few other than the bell, and the will to cook or prepare food for myself is sufficiently suppressed by the inconvenience, a threshold contingent largely on two other variables; my level of fatigue or lack of time. Given the right circumstances I will go to this Taco Bell, likely once or twice a month, and I’ve received consistent suburb service. I have found the staff to be always competent and polite, and often refreshingly entertaining, accommodating and efficient. I don’t know if my palate is being tricked by the skill of the staff at receiving and delivering my order correctly and appropriately, (while often incorporating humor), but I am pretty sure that its not; It is my experience that the food is actually consistently made better at this taco bell (or, at least, correctly). I find few (late night, not one) poorly prepared items. I will say, in all my visits, one time an order was mistaken to my disadvantage, but this was in the early afternoon, a rare early visit for me… I give that a pass though, as the accuracy, quality of food (again, within context), quality of service, palatability, friendliness and likability of staff and speed of service make this Taco Bell the best I know of, and I’ve known many TBs. strangely, I would say that if I were to publish a foodie book about port Huron that this Taco Bell would be on it for late night eats, and certainly promoted as «the best late night major franchise fast food drive-​thru venue in the county at least, possibly the world, although this is difficult to determine, but its with great comfort and confidence i grant the throne county wide». I feel strongly about this, and I hope the late night at this location maintains its character, its refreshing!
