Safeway

First off the only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because it’s a little bit price then where I do all my regular grocery shopping. Though when we moved here in September we did find they have the selection and tasting meat. I am also happy to say they do not add «pink slime» or any other additives to their meat and that is the answer I got straight from the butcher. All the meat is carved on property and nothing is added to the ground meat! With the crap the government will let go into our food I am glad to know I have a butcher who knows and take pride in the meat he sells!

This Safeway is considerably better than the one downtown. However on the level of service? About the same. With prepaid debit cards which they sell here very few people seem to know how to make their registers work to reload more money on them. Not only that it is expensive to keep that card going! During the day you can go to customer service but once customer service uses up their banker’s hours for the day you are on your own to see if any cashiers know how to reload your card!
You are much better off to get a prepaid debit card at Wally World where it is cheaper and the cashiers know how to load their debit cards. If not they usually can find someone quickly that does. It is also cheaper to keep the card up as well!
I still like Safeway but their prices are high but it is the only place where I can find Religious Experience hot sauce which I adore!
