This was my first experience here. After spending 14 dollars on one tanning session, I realized 3 of the bulbs in the bed were out. Following my tan I informed the employee who placed me in that bed and she replied that she knew and that they were coming to replace it this weekend. I mean do you pay full price for anything only to receive a portion of it or a portion of the benefits?!

I recently moved to Fort Collins from Los Angeles so I was a little aprehensive on finding a tanning salon out here. Other reviews I had read of places were terrible. I happened to stumble upon Sun Bear while going to the grocery store. I went in to inquire about pricing and how their systems work. Andrea helped me and she was very sweet and not pushy with what kind of package would work for me. They offer many options for if you only want to tan a few times to if you want a membership. The pricing is more than reasonable as well.
It is very nice looking inside and very clean. I am a neat freak and after working in a tanning salon growing up I know some places are a little on the dirtier side. I found Sun Bear to be very clean. They have a good amount of lotions to choose from and even gave me a sample pack of a few when I bought my membership. I would definitely recommend this tanning salon to others.
