The only place in Ft. collins for Tasty Jersey style pizza. We ate at the bar with the nicest girl bartender. Can’t wait to return when we travel thru in Ft.Collins. Rich C

Excellent calzones, interesting wine selection, and good pizza. This is our go to neighborhood joint!

I absolutely love the margherita pizza! It’s always cooked perfectly with the perfect amount of sauce and toppings. The thin crust is crispy and the cheese is always stringy. I would recommend going on Mondays when they are half off. However, the one bad thing about this place would be the«bar». The bar is ALWAYS out of beer and wine and it is never stocked for the night. The bartenders run back and forth to the walk-in about three or four times during a drink order because they can never remember what they have in stock that week. They also drink on the job. This is not an issue to me. The issue is when the bartender is too drunk to remember my drink. I had a bartender ask me three times what drink I ordered as she giggled along with her friends at the bar who also seemed intoxicated. It’s unprofessional and keeps me from eating in anymore. I would recommend any of the pizzas and salads. But, order to go! It’s a shame that the pizza sits about 10 – 15 minutes before you can eat it. However, it’s much better than dealing with the drunk bartenders who don’t care for hospitality or great customer service.

Not great pizza. NY style giant pizza pie slices. My main complaints are: a bit sloppy on the veggie king pizza, it was wet, Not enough cheese on the margarita pizza cheap mozz(although I guess I am spoiled, living in Wisconsin dairy land, so maybe my standards are too high.) That being said, love the name and concept. The service was EXCELLENT! It was a beautiful day although it had been raining earlier and we wanted to sit outside– the cashier unhesitatingly set the whole patio up for us. Great small business service !

I’ve never had a slice or a pie from Pulcinella that wasn’t tasty. I’m a sucker for their stuffed spinach, especially with some marinara to dip it in. I’ll admit though, you could probably dip old socks in the marinara and it would be delicious. I appreciate that you can walk in and grab a slice, but they also turn around takeout orders in a hurry. It’s always nice to be able to get exactly the pizza you want, quickly. It’s not pizza that’s so exemplary that you just pause eating, look skyward, and bask in the glory of the ‘za, but for an unassuming strip mall pizza joint — this is some good stuff.
