This place is a rip-​off shack. It is a broker of Verizon wireless, it isn’t an official store.
Both my wife and I recently upgraded, bottom line, she did hers at an actual Verizon store whereas I did it here. We did the EXACT same upgrade. Hers cost $ 97 but mine cost $ 230, which was mostly contributed to BS fees & a «sales tax» applied to a phone that was zero dollars.
This place is a rip-​off joint.
If you want an actual Verizon store, consult the Verizon website. The actual store is on College avenue in Ft. Collins.

Terrible service.
They lie, they can’t manage their own inventory when they screw it up.
You, the customer, are their biggest inconvenience. When they make mistakes it’s your fault… not theirs.
I gave them $ 600 and they can’t hand me two phones after they’ve been at their store for a week.
GO TO THE CORPORATE VERIZON STORE. THEY ARE LIARS!!!
