My Wireless-Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer

I have read a lot of bad reviews about Verizon in general – stores, customer service, etc. I went into this store a couple of days ago to switch to Verizon, and it was so easy. I went in at a good time because I had to wait for only one customer before me, but the sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Getting my new phone up and running was seamless. The only glitch I had was not having the correct account number from my previous carrier, but the customer service rep I got on the phone made it a snap to get that and switch it over.
I have been so happy with my service and phone so far. The only reason I didn’t give the store 5 stars is because if there had been more customers there at the time, I would have had to wait a really long time. I know it happens to some, so maybe there should be a number system so you can leave & return, or something. No complaints about the customer service.
