Fort Collins Collision Repair

We have come here two times within two months due to accidents caused by the other driver. The second time our car wasn’t able to be driven to get an estimate. They were awesome and gave us an estimate based on photos we took and emailed to them. They also sent a tow truck to come pick up our car. They are awesome workers and great people. We were so anxious to get our car back and didn’t complain when my husband kept calling three times a day during those final days our car was in their hands. We did notice a problem with our visors as one didn’t work properly and we called and they said to come in when we had a chance and they fixed it with no questions and cost. These people have been great each time we have come to them to fix our car! Totally recommend them for repair!

A very pleasant experience with Ft. Collins Collision Repair. Friendly and efficient staff. They even managed with a smile to deal with my insurance company a complication finding the VIN to match the vehicle and insurance card. The best part was the clean vehicle inside and out… floor mats were even shiny and clean especially with all the snow and mud that was a fantastic treat.

Wow! These guys (and gals) are the best! I mean the best. They were always helpful, always approached issues with a winning attitude and backed up their claims of perfection with just that: a perfect job.
May you never get into an accident, however, if you do, take some of the sting out of the renewal/​repair process and call these guys.

I got hit in my new ’12 Grand Cherokee TWICE in 2 months! My beautiful Jeep looked like crap. The dealership recommended Ft Collins Collision. I was very afraid it would never look like it did before.
When I took it in for the estimate, Nick was very professional. It was a little complicated with the insurance companies and 2 separate incidences, and the first insurance company was not cooperating even though their customer was at fault. (Fred Loya Insurance sucks!!) I finally just had my own insurance company handle everything, and Nick took care of dealing with them and separating the 2 accidents, sorting out the complications. Took a little longer, but when I got it back it looked just as perfect as the day I drove it off the dealer lot. Excellent job. Couldn’t believe it, and I was relieved and pleased to have a brand new vehicle back.
I would highly recommend them to anyone, without hesitation.

A quick update — Nick called be back in an attempt to right the wrongs. He was very apologetic, professional and offered to replace my mirror at no cost to me. It was a truly «headachy» process at times, but I genuinely appreciate his efforts to ensure customer satisfaction.
