Inconvenient and unhelpful. I left this store and went to the Fedex on Harmony near Timberline where the polite attendant quickly helped me. This was a truly baffling experience.

Wow, what was he thinking? I came in to ship some folders and this nice lady was trying to help me. She was doing fine, but this other worker guy came over and basically shoved her out of the way to help me. I already had my box sealed, and he reopened it and questioned my packing. He wanted to charge me an additional $ 2 and change to pack it tighter, for folders that were rubber banded together! I said I didn’t want to pay that and he basically said then I cannot ship it for you. The poor girl that was trying to help me was standing behind him looking at me almost to say IM SO SORRY. I told the guy, ok then I will go somewhere else and he didn’t say a word.
What a joke this guy was. Never again will I go back. To many other places do shipping…
