Comfort Carpet Clean

David and Joy did an excellent job on my home! They were prompt, efficient and my carpets are cleaner than they have been in years. Most importantly, I trust them to be in my home and to feel secure. I have recommended Comfort Carpet to others in my neighborhood and everyone has been very pleased.

I shopped around for a carpet cleaner for a couple months before landing on Comfort Carpet. I selected them because they had a good deal and they’re website was very convincing. The first issue was that the cleaners were 30 min late. I wasn’t too mad though because I still had some cleaning to do. But then the cleaner came in with an attitude asking if I wanted to reschedule– after HE was 30 min late. I said no. Then he seemed rushed. He rushed through cleaning 3 stories! Him and his assistant finished cleaning my house in one hour! This was not the first time i’ve had my carpets cleaned before and it took a lot longer… and I’ve had it done alot better. The carpets were cleaned, I guess. They didn’t remove some basic traffic stains. Its like they didn’t TRY. They did a rush job and it’s very disappointing… I won’t be using this company again and would not refer them to anyone.
