BJs Restaurant & Brewhouse

Went here for dinner today. Got a chicken club. The cook forgot to take the paper backing off of the melted cheese on the sandwich, and as you can imagine, made for an interesting eating experience. Told the server (Daniel, an older guy) and he did not seem to care nor did he offer to fix the situation. Quite disappointed and won’t be eating here again nor recommending it.

For a «brewhouse» in Fort Collins, this place is embarrassing. The service was horrible and the demeanor of the staff was robotic and very uninformed. We waited 25 minutes for Beer and over an hour to be served our meal.
Here’s worst part: on the surface, they appear to brew their own beer. They have vats sunk into what appears to be finishing rooms… they even have their own brand of beer on the menu… But guess what? It’s not brewed on site, or even locally!
For the Beeriest city in the United States and rank second as Foodiest, BJ’s Brewhouse is a shame to the city of Fort Collins. Take your business to Wyoming where your watered down beer will be accepted.
