Fox Air and Heat

Richard came out to my house on a Saturday and I needed a whole unit replacement and was down with no AC. He said I would have a quote to me by Monday. Monday afternoon rolled around I texted Richard and he said he would get it to me that evening. Here it is Thursday and I still have no quote. Needless to say I went with another company here in Forney. I would not recommend this company as their lack of communication is key to losing trust in customers.

I’ve used Fred Fox at Fox Services at two different homes now, and for several years. His prices are always reasonable, the service is always prompt and every time I have him out for service I know the job is done right. He stands behind his work, as well as the Trane products he sells.
I’ve had him out for system maintenance, new home inspections, moving a unit from the backyard to the other side of my garage, and now I’ve had him replace a very old and failing system at my new home.
I shopped around for my new home system and Fox was the best deal I could find by over $ 1000 on Trane brand equipment.
Honest, dependable, kind and sometimes even pretty funny. Thanks for the years of great service.
