Zachary Carpet Care

Kermit the owner of Zachary carpet care did an outstanding job of cleaning our carpet and our wood floors. He was prompt and very reasonably priced. We will definitely use Zachary carpet care for all of our carpet cleaning needs at our house and our business. Thanks for the wonderful and professional job Kermit.

APPALLING. Charged me $ 461.15 for less than 2 hrs work. Carpet cleaned 2 small rooms, area rug and some chairs. Stains are back (after 2 months). Did not clean after the work was done, water /​overspray everywhere. A joke all around!

My wife and I purchased a home in Frisco and as a requirement of closing the previous owners had to have the carpets cleaned when they moved out. The morning of the final walk through we were greeted by Kermit Zachary, owner of Zachary Carpet Care (even though we didn’t know that till he was leaving) and another carpet cleaning company, for some reason the previous owners had a double booking. Kermit said «I am with ZEROREZ» and showed us the ZEROREZ price sheet even though the van said Wayne’s Carpet on the side (should have been the red flag right there). Since the previous owners had a pet we needed a pet treatment to be done and because we trusted the ZEROREZ name (used them before) we chose Kermit since he claimed he would do the pet treatment also. Once he started the job is when he told us he WAS NOT ACTUALLY WORKING FOR ZEROREZ and that he was independent and used to work for them but just using the same equipment and supplies. I felt a little worried about this but he assured us that he would come back if there were any issues within 30 days (like ZEROREZ had done before). 2 days later we went back to the house to start moving stuff in and to our surprise the carpets still felt damp, apparently he did not suck out the water enough so the carpets did not dry properly. I could also smell pet odor and urine and called Kermit to find out what was going on and if he could come back and at least retreat the rooms that smelled of urine, he said no problem and that he would redo the pet treatment and possibly need to do a deeper pet treatment where it smelled of urine BUT after ⁴⁄₅ more calls he still has not bothered to show up or call again. Unfortunately I can not recommend anyone that uses false advertising and does not stand by their work or even do the job they were paid to do properly. We ended up having to pay out of pocket to get the carpets re-​cleaned as the sellers would not pay again!

They did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets! They were prompt and professional. Will definitely use them again!
