Starbucks

None of these people know how to do there job new management is a must! Its pretty sad because everything they have to do is so basic and letting homeless people use your restroom should be stopped because now your tiny store smells like shit

Hands down, the worst Starbucks! Understaffed and they just plain do not care about customer service at all. SLOW, SLOW, SLOW! Oh, that is right, understaffed. But best part is this, walk in, no customers at all, order a hot chocolate, wait 5 minutes for it! God forbid you ask them a question, how dare you?! They also look so miserable, never a smile. I am so done with this place!

So i went to starbuck to try out the frappula frap that looked amazing in the picture n got something that look like this! It tasted ok but won’t buy again

Probably the worst starbucks ive ever been to. They always destroy my order. The employees are too busy mingling between themselves that they get distracted and ruin every single order!!! I live across the blvd so its right here for me. Ive been going to this location for years and theyve probably only gotten it right 3 – 4 times. I order a iced white chocolate mocha, every single time and they never make it right. Theres another starbucks in barnes & noble a few blocks away… Go there and save yourself time and money!

I came in this morning to an empty starbucks and was only the second person on line. i ordered and the place started filling up especially in the area waiting for their drink. drink after drink came out and everyone who arrived after me got what they ordered which I should have known. they just didn’t take down my order.
I politely asked the female barista, excuse me
«do you have an iced skim latte order there by chance?».
Blank stare back from barista «I don’t know what I have».
«Excuse me? umm, do you have an iced skim latte at the bar? I came in a while ago and everyone else seems to be getting their drink that came in after me».
AGAIN (yes true story) she looks me right in the eye «I DO NOT KNOW WHAT I HAVE» as she is making the drinks. WTF? ok.“well can you maybe… loook???“
luckily the manager (i presume) heard and scrambled over. looked down at the drinks at the bar (which literally took all of 1 second) and said she was sorry they didn’t have the drink order. She made it super quick and apologized.
now. i get it. you are busy. but COME ON. I DONT KNOW WHAT I HAVE? that’s just terrible. dismissive, incredibly lazy and JUST PLAIN DUMB to say.
obviously the two stars is for the manager who somewhat redeemed this experience.
BTW — Next time my boss asks me what I’m doing at work. i should just i say I DON’T KNOW WHAT IM DOING with a blank look. wonder how that will go… hmmmm

Sometimes the wait is long but this is the only starbucks that always makes my drink perfect. I come all the way from Jamaica just to get coffee from here. Preferably during the afternoon though, the morning shifts are not too friendly

Just had a caramel macchiato here and chilled out a little bit. Just came here visit Austin street. Heard of this place from my friend. And to a person who isn’t familiar with this place, Starbucks is always your faithful friend. At least the quality of drinks is quite stable at every location.
HOWEVER, the space here is too small and cat even get a seat here. There are only like two tables ready to be seated. And the line moves kinda slow Cuz there are only one cashier and one barista handling all customers.
And then I found another Starbucks on Austin street with more seating for customers. I will pay a visit to this pace next time.

So I work around the coroner from this location and was in a big rush or I would of went to the location near Barnes and nobles, WOW did I learn my lesson. I go in today 7÷21÷2015 around 3pm these two guys argued back and forth with me about a sticker to get a free drink stating it only applied for an ice coffee or an a ice tea. Yet I have used this card in three different locations which I was given the ice cube sticker for the SAME purchase. I usually do not go off like this but the two guys were super rude yelling at me telling me I am wrong and these other locations are wrong and to top it off they both just turned around in mid conversation and ignored me!!! Like really? NEVER again will I step foot in that dump.

By far the most cramped starbucks I’ve ever been to. Staff are awesome and efficient, especially with the long line this weekday morning. Still doesn’t make up for the fact that the café only has 3 – 4 seats available. Some people were eating standing up!

This is by far THE WORST Starbucks I have ever been to. It took them 15 mins to give me my drink. But not because it was busy, simply because the employees were completely disorganized and unattentive. 5 people came after me and were attended to before me. I then realized that my cup had been placed in a corner where no one had paid attention to it and then placed behind 4 new cups. Absoultely ridiculous. No one once looked up to acknowledge me and say, hey you’ve been standing here for 10 mins, what are you waiting for?
And then I saw the barista putting tons of ice when I specifically asked for Light ice. I tried to interject but she was completely in her own world and ignored me. I have had a long wait time in the past at other starbucks’, but not for the reasons written in this review. They need to get their crap together over there.

Your standard Starbucks. Quality is the same, and service is fine.
The place is normally clean but cramped.

Never wrote any review on Unilocal.And recently moved to Forest Hills. This starbucks has been my morning coffee place for two weeks now.
Very disappointed. I ordered a grade dark this morning. I was given a cup filled with half from leftover pike tank and half from the dark tank.
I am a gold reward member for 4 years.

Your typical Starbucks, long lines with lots of caffeine fiends, myself included. But unlike your typical Starbucks the staff here is efficient. They are always smiling and energetic.
The seating area is very small, so don’t expect to get work done on your laptop as there is too much traffic in this location.
They close pretty late, around 11 pm during weekdays.
Note this location is wheelchair accessible although the path to get to the line is quite narrow.

This is my fave location, conveniently located near the Duane Reade and 71^st/​Continental Avenue subway station. The staff is friendly and helpful and the line’s not too long.

I’ve never had any complaints with this Starbucks. You usually get friendly staff and baristas and my drinks have always been just right. Location wise and patron wise it can be annoying depending on the size of the crowd, but that can be said about anywhere you go.

One of my all time favorite Starbucks locations!!! Everyone there is extremely friendly. I actually get excited to get my coffee first thing in the morning cause the pple there start off my day good.

Disappointed, I get the same coffee from other Starbucks in the area and they always get it right. This one on the other hand did not, my medium roast tasted like water.

This is one of the best Starbucks out there when it comes to quality of both the baristaand the drinks they make. Never made a mistake, no funny looks when I ask for less espresso or chsi instead, meticulous about separation of soy snd dairy. The Thursday afternoon crew is awesome. The way they interact with each other and the customers is phenomenal÷!
This place losses a star for its tiny size. 2 tables and narrow counter area rides the fine line between cozy snd cramped.

I really dislike when a chain that is KNOWN for its consistency is rather inconsistent.
I have been here a few times before and they just never seem to get my order correct. I would have thought that practice makes perfect but maybe in this case it just doesnt.

The people who work in this Starbucks couldn’t get an order right if their life depended on it! How hard is an iced coffee with just milk? Apparently very hard.
The bathroom is a filth pit to boot!
