Starbucks

Kind of disappointing to pull up to the drive– through and see an employee standing outside the back door spitting and then smoking a cigarette. Maybe they should consider an enclosed area so the public doesn’t have to watch this? Or give the employees some other place to take a break to spit and smoke?

Please give the people who work at the window/​drive-​thru a break from their headset from time to time. Sometimes their customer service is low grade (no where near Chick fil-​a). I hate paying $ 6 for a medium cup of coffee off of someone with an attitude. That and they don’t have enough common sense to hand you a frappacino without caramel dripping all over it on the outside of the cup!!! $ 6 coffee…

Store is clean and convenient, right off the interstate. Of course you have to endure the burnt Star-​bucks coffee, or do what I do, and get something else. Food items aren’t exactly freshly made, but they never are. In a pinch, this place is good, but I’d get my coffee at McDonalds or some La Madeline (wish they were as ubiquitous as Starbucks).

This is the loudest starbucks I have ever been to. The staff loves their job. You can tell by the way they constantly yell back and forth to each other to keep up conversation. I don’t remember the old location ever being this loud. Maybe it’s the acoustics of the building but I doubt it because I can’t hear the guest behind me chattering away. All I can hear is the staff slamming stuff around and laughing as loud as they possibly can. Yelling «ICE COFFEE!!» «OH YOU NEED AN ICE COFFEE?» «ICE COFFEE!!!»
Maybe this is the first starbucks to hire the hearing impaired. Right now they are discussing how they should start calling one of their employees Butters from Southpark. Did I mention I can hear all of this through my headphones which are playing music?
OOOOHH!!! The cashier likes spiders! She says that they eat other bugs! Fascinating!

Best Starbucks location! The people are friendly… my order is almost never wrong, and kindly/​promptly corrected if it is. They also do a superb job of keeping a long line moving on busy mornings! Tip them well!

The staff was fast, friendly, courteous and *accurate* in delivering my order — thumbs up! Better yet, the baristas weren’t just machines churning out orders, even though it was busy. They were personable and paid attention, laughed; you could tell that, even though it was Black Friday and they were ‘stuck at work,’ they were happy and upbeat. A great start to the day. I go to Starbucks every morning, and I’m just stopping over in Dallas, but this is one of the better places I’ve been for such a short-​term stop.

The best Starbucks near Fort Worth and Arlington! Every employee is so nice and works very hard! The drive thru is amazing and I never have to wait more than 1 minute from ordering to getting my drink! I find when I go anywhere else my drink is inconsistent and service is not so great. So this is the only Starbucks I go to!

I have been frequenting this location, now on the south side of the freeway, for about 5 years. The manager, Joe, is an old hat in the coffee biz and knows his business. The employees are younger and I have rotated through a few but Joe gets them spun up pretty quickly. I enjoy messing with them when they are not too busy and they take it in good charm.
It reminds me of my old Coffee Haus days, if you remember that brand you are a lover of the bean. Now, I’m not big on Starbucks coffee and most other locations serve the beverages as homogenized as corporate dictates. But, this location has no problem customizing to YOUR taste and preference.
Some of us that are regulars don’t even have to order. We walk in and the crew starts working on it. By the time you get to pay you may already be sipping your brew or blended nectar of greatness. That makes it feel less corporate and more like a neighborhood business!
Make your way by here and get to know them and you too will find yourself taking a little more time enjoying the day.

This location is kind of weird. It’s right off the interstate so it’s good for weary I-​20 travelers but it’s really small. Like I said mainly for travelers stopping for a caffeine boost. There are probably only small tables inside so if you are planning on studying or meeting up for a confab this isn’t the place for that. If you want to get your coffee or treat to go then by all means stop.
The staff is very friendly though. I prefer to just drive thru because the parking lot is not user friendly either. They have never gotten my drink order wrong and have on occasion given me free shots of expresso.

My best friend and I have this location as our go to catchup spot. Ever since high school we’ve come to this one to have good coffee and chat for hours. This location makes the best caramel frappacinos which they are particularly known for among their regulars. They put extra amounts of caramel into your order and are very quick.
They have a drive thru if you’re in a hurry. The seating inside has two leather chairs, 3 high tables with 3 seats each and 3 regular tables. It’s not the biggest Starbucks but I haven’t had issues finding a table to sit at. They do get lots of foot traffic but for the most part the people don’t stick around. There’s also two tables outside.
This particular time my BFF brought her toddler daughter who accidentally spilled her hot chocolate and the staff quickly helped clean the mess and made her a new drink free of charger.
Overall I love this location and you must have the caramel frappacino.

Very busy Starbucks with a Drive Thru. I came inside and asked for a Skinny Caramel Frappuccino in Tall. I did not get a receipt and waiting pretty long time. The girl thought she was doing me a favor by making me a Grande Size with whipped cream. I guess for most people this is great, but I specifically wanted a Skinny Tall for a reason. I just took the drink because they were too busy for me to complain and have another one made. I did end up staying inside once they slowed down. No one cleaned up the tables and there were alot of flies around.
