Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The staff was too busy talking to themselves than the customers. They seemed non interested in taking my order and when it was ready the barista just placed it on the receiving table without calling out my name, when I asked what drink was on the table(it was the only one) he had to look. Starbucks is a place I know I can go to experience excellent customer service and a great cup of coffee and it was very disappointing to know this Starbucks was unwilling to uphold the high standards that the company has set for themselves.

The staff is always great! Lines are almost always long but that’s Starbucks. Only wish there was more parking. Always good!

This place got me started on my coffee fix. I go there to try new things like most recently the pumpkin spice latte and the toasted Graham latte. They both are excellent. My favorite still, is the white chocolate mocha. I pretty much had every latte on the menu. Customer service is always great, and I’m in and out quickly regardless of how long the line is inside or drive thru. Keep it coming!

I’m a major Starbucks addict and I have one less than 2 miles from my house. I used to go there all the time. The staff was great and the service was quick and dependable. Recently they changed what appears to be the entire staff! They are slow, unfriendly and sometimes downright rude. I decided to drive out of my way to a different Starbucks while the new staff got their act together. It has been several months now and I have visited 3 times over the last week. Nothing has changed! They are still slow and still as unfriendly as they were when they started. Today a man came in while I was sitting with my friends and started complaining. He was quite direct with the flippant man behind the counter but what was familiar was his words. We had just sat at the table making the same comments. I have no interest in going back to that Starbucks.

Let me begin by saying I really like Starbucks coffee. Now let me add, I really don’t like this one. Maybe because I prefer my coffee to be quick and accurate. To the staff: Why must you move so slowly? It’s a coffee shop for Pete’s sake! And why are there no painted lines to direct the obviously confused drive-through customers? A little guidance might help move things along. Instead, you roll your eyes at the driver who blocks the exit to the drive-through by getting into the drive-through line. Seriously, do something about it! Also, Why don’t you smile more when I get to the window? By then I am already tired of sitting in line, BOTH of us should not be grumpy. YOU are in the service industry. A smile goes a long way. As for accuracy, I order a simple iced coffee most of the time. It’s pretty hard to mess up. My family prefers drinks that require a bit of attention. Quite often, I hear them comment that their drink doesn’t taste like it does when they order it from another Starbucks location. How is that possible? Even a Big Mac tastes the same no matter what McDonald’s you order from. To potential victims: There is a Starbucks in the Kroger grocery store only a block or so away. No lines, and they get it right every time.

I am a barista myself and what sucks is that first, I’ve I’ve met the manager at my own store and being in his store at least two or three different times he still has not recognize the number 2 he handed me my cup of water and did not say anything to me, he like mumbled under his breath the barista that was making drinks when looking me straight in the eyes did not give me a smile or anything just stared at me. So it’s sad when a store in your own district is not being friendly to you when you’re a barista

I’ll be honest, this is one of the worst Starbucks locations around. Ever since they remodeled it, it has lost its ambience for me. It’s almost as if they made it to where people purposely can’t talk there. Or made is so uncomfortable that no one wants to. The other night I went there to study for an hour — I ALWAYS make a purchase — sometimes two. I ordered my passion tea and waited. I was the only one waiting at the time. They guy who took my order walked to the back. I watched as the barista washed out equipment, washed his hands, talked to another employee, all while ignoring me. He even saw me standing there and never once asked me if I was waiting on something. After washing his hands he leaves back, crossed his arms and continued talking to the other employee. When the guy who initially waited on me came out of the back, he ignored me for a minute as well. FINALLY, after waiting for almost 10 minutes for a simple passion tea he asked what I needed. Ridiculous! The music USED to be pleasant to listen to, but it was so loud and so obnoxious I couldn’t even think. I had earbuds in and could still hear their music. The couple next to me were shouting. Honestly, I find it offensive to pay that much for something to drink and have such an atrocious experience. I will not go back to this location and don’t recommend it for a place to go inside.

Went here for some coffee grindin’. I was turned on to Starbucks by my wife and I am pretty hooked. It is good to stop at from time to time.

I used to come to this Starbucks a lot and it’s always been a great place to meet up with friends and catch up. However, I came here today for the first time in a few months and they renovated! The interior now has a bar long with stools and a «darker» feel — it’s great! I recommend this Starbucks if you need a place to hang out or study.(Except I have nothing to say about the drinks because I never order anything, oops)

I love Starbucks, but on three separate occasions I have been told that they did not have the required ingredients to make an iced coffee… Uh. It all worked out because each time I get a free drink, but that is my favorite thing to get there. New interior design is really nice, love the layout and increase in seating.

If you were lucky, you’ll meet people who know what to do, you’d get your drinks done right, and fast. If not, good luck. I had stopped by a few times, not by choice, and rarely that I got my drinks right, or didn’t have to wait long.

Great place for a cup of Joe and to get some work done. Service is friendly and quick. They just have a small parking lot.

I go to this Starbucks almost every morning. I have an hour commute to work, so I definitely need my mocha to wake me up. Although their drive thru is often very slow and their store seems to be understaffed at peak times, most of their employees are very friendly. One employee in particular, Doug, is definitely an asset to this company. He always greets me by name and knows my drink before I order it. If this store could fix it scheduling concerns and become more efficient, it would be a 5 star.

I’ll keep it simple. Drive through, needed caffiene. Hard to get to off the highway, but when the car in front of you pays for your coffee… it’s hard to complain. I shall definetly pay it forward :) Triple Grande Nonfat 3 splenda carmel macchiato. I’m a snob I know…

Great outdoor seating makes up for the lack of seating indoors. They should have made this location larger! They make their salted caramel hot chocolate really well here. The staff is really nice and friendly. The drive through can be VERYCROWDED in the morning so give yourself some extra time if you’re going to stop here before work. :)

this location always has friendly staff working. a lot of people tend to use it as a meeting place and a workspace, so it tends to get crowded at random times. the outdoor seating is fantastic; perfectly shaded, beautiful plants, plenty of seating. the only downfall is the serious limit of parking. there is probably 15 spaces total. there is no way to park on the street. there is the option of parking across a residental street to a parking lot of a partially abandoned stripmall, but you’d have to walk 100 – 200 feet to starbucks, but the door is on the opposite side of the building. needlesstosay, i love starbucks. i work within a mile of this location and go here almost daily. i’ve never had a mistake.
