OK Floral Of Forest Grove

I live in Sacramento, California and wanted to order a special arrangement for my Aunt was going to be 99 years old today. The person that answered the phone was VERY helpful, gave just a few suggestions and understood completely I wanted something special for my VERY special Aunt. Price was perfect! Superior customer service and the arrangement… SO BEAUTIFUL! Thank you so much!!! CWhite

Called the shop prior to ordering online, the lady that answered the phone was very helpful and willing to answer all the questions I had. Her tone of voice seemed like she really had a smile on when talking to me.
After placing my order online, I received a call saying they were out of a certain rose that was a part of the arrangement I ordered, which was fine with me. The lady on the phone willingly replaced the roses with sunflowers, and also made the arrangement really nice. I am very pleased with my experience, especially since I’m in Hawaii. I love the fact that they do same day delivery, and that they deliver to Pacific University, the college my girlfriend goes to. I will definitely be ordering again with them in the future.

I live in Honolulu, HI and my daughter dorms at pacific. It was her birthday and wanted to do something special. Unilocaled florist in forest grove and OK floral came up. The best decision I made ever!!! First I have to say, the customer service was more than 5 stars. He lady was very polite and the best! Gave her an idea of what I wanted and BOOM, it was all taken care of. My daughter sent me a picture of the bouquet and it was soon cute! My daughter was a happy 18 birthday girl! I use these guys several times a year for sending flowers and I have never had a problem. I call them up, give them a total price that I want to spend, and then let them run with whatever they want to work up.
I just got off the phone with them 5 minutes ago and noticed that when I searched for their phone number online, they had a pretty bad Unilocal score, but only two reviews, so I thought I’d throw my 2-​cents in as well.
Now I haven’t done any big wedding or funeral arrangements with them, but every time I’ve asked them to arrange and deliver flowers, they’ve performed flawlessly and have come up with great arrangements that I think are very reasonable for budget that I give them.
Also, the girl that answers the phone is super bubbly and fun to speak to, even though your just placing an order for flowers.
So they are 5-​star in my book and I’ll continue using them.
EDIT: I think the only minor gripe that I have is that they do not seem to have a computerized record system for past customers because I have to provide my full information, address, and so forth every time I call … but this is a pretty minor thing and not totally surprising for a small business. –SH

went in for a wedding consult. didn’t feel like they wanted my business. seemed annoyed to have to meet with me. Nothing like another florist I went to.
