The first few times I came here I loved it, so of course wanted to go back. The last few times I came here — there was an extreme cover charge of 20 dollars a person(male/female) and I had to put my name on a list to get a seat for a hookah. Understandable. However, I came at a pretty decent hour before the place got packed. Once the place got packed, my name was completely skipped over on the list. Just because I had 2 people in my group and others had 3 or 4. I was there first, and purchased the same number of hookahs. I will not go back because of this.

Horrible service, slow and unorganized. Waiters walk around joking and laughing among each other but not serving the customers. The door guys are so rude, saw them pushing one guy who wasn’t even drunk but was dancing. Downstairs floor is so tight and wasn’t too busy still the service sucked — But hey good music!

I went there on Saturday at 11PM. 8 of is in all. $ 15 cover charge person. 1 ½ hours wait for a table. Drinks were watered down and wayyy overpriced. The place is small, smells, furniture is cheap and worn down. Service was non– existent. AVOID!!!

Service is amazing, Kush is the best, ask for him! My 2nd time here, and I love it! I’ll be back :-) They have great mocktails for those who don’t want alcohol. I wish I understood what the negative rating is about, the seating was super comfortable. Here is a picture it isn’t small by any means!

I came here with my friends one night and I have to say this place is wayyyyy to over priced the drinks taste like water and once our hookah ran out it was taken away from us without question there was a $ 10 freaking cover charge at the door like wtf?! Some Clubs don’t even charge u to get in! Who ever owns this place is a joke I went down the road to big shots and had the time of my life and I continue to go to big shots! This place was a mistake and as I walked out I let it be known. This place is an embarrassment do not come here!

I went to Fire n Ice on a Friday night. Why have a cover charge when that doesn’t entitle you to a table to sit down or have a hookah, drinks or food? The hostess was not accommodating, and the drinks were overpriced. Great hookah selection, however nothing else about this place made me want to attend again. I know your under new management, however you may want the call John T. and get a BARRESCUE!

Went there for the first time on a saturday night and was vibe was amazing! Staff was very friendly and helpful, hookah was flavorful and the dj played the best hits all night. I would recommend this place because of the fun atmosphere and fair pricing. They do require a cover charge after 9 pm, but the décor is unique and comfortably seats a large crowd of people.

This review should actually be 2.5 stars but I did some rounding up because I actually had a good time. Came here on a Friday night with some of my girlfriends– there was a $ 10 charge but we were explained they had a belly dancer performing that night. Now, as a fellow belly dancer, I gladly contributed to the cause and of course was excited to see the show. We went downstairs, to a very tiny, perhaps smaller than your house’s basement. If you want to check in, do so at the entrance. There is not really have any phone service down there. This spot is tight and the couches are old. There is nothing special about it and it could really use some improvement in its décor; definitely not a place to celebrate a special occasion or to wine and dine someone. Luckily I had a fun bunch and we were able to enjoy ourselves regardless of the details. The belly dancer was fun. Even though it was only a 15 – 20 minute show, she was able to engage the crowd and was definitely the highlight of the night. The music is varied, which I definitely appreciate. They were playing some throwbacks; r&b, hip hop, with some salsa, merengue and bachata thrown in there as well. Would I come back? Maybe– but will not go out of my way to do so. They should really revamp it– décor, ambiance, etc. The place has potential, it’s just not living it to its fullest.

One of the worst hookah joint. The place is so small, all cramped up. The furniture sucks, no padding and the pillow smell of vomit. They don’t know how to fill a shisha, just sucks. We had reservations, seat was not ready in time. Once we were seated we ordwred the food n shisha, which took almost 40 min, and twenty min later we werw told that we had to give up seat as its been an hour alrasy. Wasted my money. Total disappoint. Was embarrassed in front of date.

Good Times… Great Music(Sat Night Bollywood), Wide selection of Sheesha… The place is a bit cramped though and the drinks are a bit expensive for the quantity. All In All as good place for a Groovy Night Out…

If you’re looking for a cramped smokey overpriced loud hookah bar with people basically sitting on top of each other, then this is the place for you. If you’re into traditional mellow authentic sheesha cafes, I’d recommend looking some place else

Yogi, Yes, I’ve tried your hookahs in the past and enjoyed the experience. My friends who were there with me on 6⁄27 ordered the pineapple flavored hookah and loved it. The DJ by the way was great all night long; and while I’m at it I loved the kati rolls off the food menu. I hope to eventually be back soon!

A friend’s birthday party brought me to Fire n Ice this past Saturday night. It could best be compared to an expensive frat party. So my husband and arrived around 11:30 to a line outside the door that was about 5 to 6 people deep. After the bouncer checked our IDs, she told us to cut the line and move to the cash register to the left. Fire n Ice had two floors, so I’d really like to know why she told us where to go without asking us which floor we were going to. In any case, we weren’t expecting a cover and had to cough up $ 30($ 10 for ladies and $ 20 for men). We walked down the stairs into a dark, sweaty basement that brought me back to my college frat party days. Unlike a frat party, we were spending $ 6 and change for a bottle of Blue Moon. My group had a hookah and had a few tables in the back corner. I must admit that I liked the set up. We had enough room to mingle, dance and enjoy the hookah. There was waitress service however she stopped by few and far between. Sometimes it was quicker to just fight the crowds at the bar for a fresh beverage. Similar to a frat party, the music was a lot of fun. For most of the night, they played a good mix of top 40 and hits. Although sometime after 1:00am it just got weird. They started to play the Macarena and other bad party music. That was our cue to leave and my cue not to return. Not sure who Fire n Ice thinks they are, but they certainly aren’t it.
