For authentic Hunan dishes, we pick this place over Fortune Cookie in Bridgewaters and Green Apple in North Brunswick any day. Ordered (1) smoked pork with dried radish (spicy), (2) steamed eggplant with duck yolk (savory, not spicy). Huge dinner portion, at a very reasonable price, too. Try it out, seriously.

We (2 whites, 1 thai, and 12 chinese) ate like every animal and organ available. All was wonderful. Fermented bean curd? Yum! Very delicious. Nice spice!

We ordered a number of dishes that was full of hot peppers; dried peppers, fresh peppers, white, red, and green. If you like spicy, try this place.
My favorite was the deep fried pig intestines. All were good, except for the fish head with chili. I think they used carp, which was very muddy tasting.
It was good that they provided a big bowl of white rice! I would definitely come back to try other spicy dishes.
