Jeff at Sloan Heat and Air is the most honest guy around. I was referred to Sloan by someone on Facebook and I was nervous about getting over charged for services I didn’t need. Jeff actually told me how to diagnose the issue myself and, with the help of YouTube, I reset my «limit switch» and got my heater up and running all on my own. If there was an issue that I couldn’t fix by myself, Jeff said he would come over ASAP and handle it for me. What an awesome guy! My house is warm and toasty again and it didn’t cost me anything. I would recommend Sloan to everyone!

Prompt, friendly and ontime! I called Jeff to tune up my system and to install a new thermostat.
I felt that he was very honest and clearly demonstrated his professionalism and extensive knowledge. His prices were fair and reasonable. I asked him to price out a new AC system and it came in much lower than other bids.
I highly recommend Sloan Mechanical!

On time, professional, and thorough! I highly recommend Jeff Sloan. He even took the time to check our air conditioning grates and gave some recommendations on how to cool down our rooms that seem to be hotter than other areas of the house. Great pricing, and has integrity. Hard to find these days!

Jeff came to fix my furnace after I called him about findings from an inspection report. He was available quickly and was pleasant over the phone and in person. He found the issues and fixed them in no time. I was also pleasantly surprised that my invoice was less than originally thought!

Jeff and his son Matt were excellent, they were right on time. They genuinely cared about the job they were doing and insured that everything was installed correctly and insured that the installation of the ac unit was placed in the best location and was straight and level on the wall, both inside and out. I could not be more pleased. It is quite refreshing to work with such professionals who really cared about what they were doing. My grandfather used to use the expression, «anything worth doing is worth doing well.» It was nice to see that others use the same philosophy. I would strongly recommend the Sloans, they were excellent!

This was literally the best service I’ve ever seen. There are three ways to judge a company like this: On time and professional, great pricing and finishing the job so everything works perfectly. Jeff will get all my business from here on out. I researched company after company and Jeff gave me a better price, much better unit for my home and he used a great brand that makes a model shaped to fit through the hatch to my roof so we didn’t have to pay for a crane like all the other companies wanted to do. He has been back to make sure I am happy and changed the filters for me at the same time. I will never go anywhere else again!
