If you’re looking for a handyman that’s talented, prompt, and consciences, look no further. I spent the past two days working with Bob on a wide variety of home fix-​up projects, and he is pleasant, easy-​going, respectful, and knows his trade very well. Bob is quick, works hard, and has a magic van that contains everything one might need to fix the various things that commonly go wrong. We will definitely be calling on him for future help, and referring him to friends and family.

When I needed a couple of new light fixtures installed I went straight to Unilocal.Bob had great reviews and was in our area, so I called and left a message. Bob returned my call right away and we set up a time. I had bought one of my light fixtures from an antique store without knowing if it worked. He knew how to make sure it worked before he hung it. Installation went quick. And he moved on to the next.
My second was for the stairwell. He had a unique way to get the ladder even on the stairs. This light fixture was a little more difficult, but he knew just what to do. It was up in no time. And it looks beautiful.
It was a great first experience with him. He was fast, organized, and cleaned as he worked. I will be using him again.

I called bob with a leak in my Garage and no water running to the house on a Sat.
He was there in less then a hour access the issue and had me fixed and hot water flowing with in a hour. this is a guy that shows up when you need him. He has everything in his truck he needs. in Foothill Ranch Bob is the very best you could ask for in a professional «handyman».

Bob has done many, many different jobs for us in our home in Foothill Ranch and our rental property in Woodbridge/​Irvine. Bob is the very best you could ask for in a professional «handyman». He is prompt, clean, precise in the work necessary to complete a job, and keeps EVERYTHING that he needs in his van, which cuts down his job time! I appreciate Bob George’s many talents and am grateful to personally know he & his lovely wife!
