I drove thru here at 4:45 in the morning and the employees were super helpful and SO NICE! They got me on my way quickly and happy. Amazing!!!

I love this place. It’s starting to go downhill, but it’s still the best one around. Most of the people are very nice, and the coffee usually tastes pretty good. The parking situation is terrible. I almost always have to park at the restaurant next door, which is gross. Don’t go there. But do go to this Starbucks. They’re pretty great.

Great service and delicious coffee drinks. The site manager, Jessica Strain, is very cold and rude. She belittles her employees in front of customers. She should not be a manager at all.

This one actually knows how to make a drink the way you ask for it. Surprising and unusual. A night out with friends made it even better. I need to take my drink to the one we normally go to and show them how it should be done.

Love this Starbucks, everyone is very friendly. Donna is the best. She remembers everyones drink.

All the staff were super cool except this one person today. She’s middle aged, has a ponytail. Looks of German decent. It isn’t the manager… she works drive thru. She’s awful !! Twice in a row she screws up my order. Rude and cuts you off, definetly gonna call her out next time she screws up the oatmeal. How are you gonna not fill it up all the way. Haha. Terrible. Bordering disrespectful. Doesn’t seem happy to work there. Smile lady your job is ez.

Stopped in here on the way back from Vegas to use the bathroom. Found one of the coolest things ever while waiting for the crew to finish their business. Built into the tops of many of the tables were some round spots that looked like plastic coasters. There was writing on them. As I read more they said «Powermat wireless charging station». Cool find. I soon found a «ring» display. You attach the ring to your phone’s USB and place the ring over the charging spot. BAM, instant power! Very cool and convenient for those on the go or running out of battery on your phone.
I hope these Powermat stations are coming to a more local location!

Most people love Starbucks… but they are not all equal. Even though I almost always order a Grande mocha frappachinno, straight off of the menu, it can taste very very different. Yesterdays was very strongly coffee flavored, the one I ordered a week ago didn’t taste like it had any coffee in it at all, and was extremely sweet. I am never sure exactly what I will get when I come to this location. The staff is very friendly, but should probably take more training on how to consistently put out a great product.

The service and product is what come to expect from Starbucks, no complaints there. The issue I have was the tables, they were disgusting and dirty. They need to update there seating room. Oh and I gave them an extra star for their music selection.

I came to this Starbucks for a week to study for my Graduate’s Exam, and I now feel that I need to give this place a grade A Unilocal!I have never enjoyed Starbucks, from their crappy coffee, to their over sweetened tea… that is, until I came to this Starbucks. I originally came here to study, and not be bothered. The atmosphere was nice and quiet, the temperature is perfect, and I did like to snack on their Cheese Danish. Once I realized that this place was more comforting than expected, I finally decided to buy a drink. I told my Barista (Linda) that I wanted a tea, but nothing too sweet. Instead of serving me unsweetened tea, she went out of her way to make sure the perfect amount of blend was made for me. The drink came out so perfect, the next time I came, I had asked another Barista for a recommendation based on what I liked. He (Jeremy) made a sweet lemonade raspberry concoction that I could fall in love with over and over again.
After a week of being at this Starbucks, I now find myself trying to become a Gold Member, and buying different drinks whenever I am around the area. I do not go to any other Starbucks except for this one due to ALL OF ITS STAFF being amazing, and ALL OF ITS DRINKS being equally as amazing. I truly had a hatred for Starbucks until I met this little family off of the 15 Freeway of Baseline. Stop by to receive the same fun amazing experience I have had. =) Thanks again guys, oh, and the studying environment paid off in the end, thanks!

The staff is always nice. I go here for studying and quick some drive-​through coffee.
It can get slow in the drive-​through, but that’s understandable.
I wouldn’t know how the drinks taste because I usually order iced black coffee with nothing in it. Sometimes I would add espresso shot (s), but that’s rare. I would also get water.
Nothing terrible has occurred for me just yet. So good job guys.

This location is always inconsistent when it comes to making drinks. Shots always expired and tasting like burnt dirt. They always run out of supplies like soy and white mocha. I worked at Starbucks for almost two years, we never ran out of soy.
Our experience tonight puts the icing on the cake. Went in the drive through and guess what? No soy. Guess what the baristas response was? «oh, sorry about that. Have a great day». Uh well now I’m in a drive through line and can’t get out… How about putting a sign up??? I guess that just makes too much sense.
I’ll never go to this location again.

I used to go here two years ago and the service, speed and drinks were great and quick. I’ve visited three times in the past two weeks and it’s no longer the great location it used to be, the two baristas I’ve encountered have been rude and slow, and the drinks are not made to order, theyve only remade my drink one of the three times, the other two times they argued that it was made how I ordered, which was totally not true. This location is the closest to home, but will definitely drive the extra two miles and go to the nearest location.

It is my 3^rd time visiting this Starbucks and every time I have visited the service has been so slow! I will not likely be returning, especially since there are so many others to choose from. This particular visit was the worst, the young lady working the window and ordering menu had terrible customer service. I don’t know her name, nor did I get a receipt but it was 12:30pm on January 31^st.

I dropped by this location after an extremely long night in LA. My hotel was located right behind it so it worked out well. I did not catch the female barista’s name who helped me, but boy did she have great customer service. She’s the reason I’m writing this review. She was very enthusiastic and patient, which I need as an indecisive person. I remarked that I really liked how she treated the customers with positive energy. Yay. :)

Thank you Starbucks crew … I love the time you gave me in getting a new drink that i love. You were all so wonderful, helpful, extremely friendly. You Rock!

I’ve ordered at this Starbucks plenty of times to remember the good and bad.
During the winter months service is pretty quick compared to finding parking in the small parking area getting off and ordering and then maneuvering out of the small parking area.
Now to the drinks: ordered on a Saturday afternoon and they didn’t have any more Lemon pound cake. That was a turn off considering I wanted one so so bad. Next, I ordered iced coffee and it was NOT COLD so that was a waste of $$$.
Anyways, regards of the bad experiences I’ve also enjoyed good ones. So I’ll be coming back as long as there is a drive thru.

If you come to this Starbucks, expect to wait at least 15 mins for your drink. I’ve come to this location several times before and it’s pretty much the minimum wait. Staff also not very friendly.
My husband and I got some iced teas and we had more ice than the actual beverage. I love Starbucks, but I will NOT come back to this location!

I like the locations that have a clear, enter/​order here, and then go away and wait/​pickup your order here layout. This one is a bit tight at the cash counter but with a high bar area for waiting for your order it’s nice.
The staff seemed super cool and I saw each one of them recognize someone and remember their drink or order before they arrived, so this is obviously a spot for some regulars and staff to remember them.
All wood chairs, no comfy seating which sucks for hanging out for longer than your drink requires, so it’s not a great spot for reading and relaxing, but they do have a lot of tables, so laptops and studying may be better here.

Not my favorite Starbucks, but it’ll do in a pinch. I like the small patio: if you try hard enough, you can focus on the plethora of palm trees and pretend you’re on vacation … at least until one of the semis rumbling along the 15 Freeway or Baseline Avenue blares its horn and brings you back to reality.
Easily accessible for guests at the nearby Comfort Inn, but parking can be tricky. You might be able to snag one of the spots in front of the Starbucks, but if not, go to the lot in the back and be prepared to walk in front of the drive-​thru exit. Maybe it’s just me, but I always think this crosswalk is a pedestrian accident waiting to happen.
