First time coming here because I needed a break from Starbucks… I can’t drink too much coffee but wanted a little pick me up before work so I opted for their coffee free drinks . I ordered the pure chocolate frap but add Banana. Omg it was reaaaaaally good and refreshing! I notice that it’s a little more pricey than Starbucks but customer service was great and I was in and out within 5 minutes. Pretty awesome

Bren is awesome and suggested an awesome drink and my wife is super super excited and loved her dark chocolate latte. Both drinks were great. It’s packed because it’s Mother’s Day but everyone was friendly and the wait wasn’t too long

F**k this location. They don’t let you pay on the app despite being a store that should. I wrote corporate to complain. Unacceptable.

Where’s the zero out of five stars option? Horrible management since Leo has left and very rude customer service from the manager of the store. I come to the mall very often but won’t be here again. Didn’t think a change in management would be so drastic but this store has gone so far down the drain. The only thing that made my experience slightly better was because of a barista, I believe her name was Ashton, was very helpful and kind.

This is my favorite coffee shop in town, their drinks are really good. I do not drink caffeine so I typically order decaf beverages. The coffee bean has a great staff and wonderful clean coffee shop. Even if you go at times when it’s not a peak hour they still manage to have great pastries. There baristas are always top notch I have not gotten a disappointing drink there. The prices are similar to Starbucks. Coffee bean is just located at a great location at the mall and have a variety of seating areas.

I stop here just about every time I go to the Gardens which, I’ll admit, is quite often… I am always greeted when I walk in and though the order line is normally backed up to the door, the service is lightning fast. As a creature of habit I always order a Vanilla or Mocha Ice Blended, but they just came out with new Sweet Tea Blended’s that look phenomenal! CBTL is definitely my go-to coffee place. I’ve always experienced consistency and fast and friendly service at each CBTL I’ve visited.

For scientific purposes I visited this Coffee Bean 4 hours after after having visited a different coffee bean. These are the results of my experiment: When I walked in, there were 14 people ahead of me in line. After I paid for my order, there were 11 people behind me in line.(Just to paint the business of the scene). I ordered a strawberry cream latte, which is more than a tea bag and hot water… 3.5 minutes later, my drink was in my hands, which I found pretty amazing given an earlier experience today at a different Coffee Bean. This is how you run a coffee shop! Great job!

This review applies specifically to the smoked salmon sandwich, and not the whole store. I recently ordered the smoked salmon sandwich for$ 5.99. When this sandwich first came out, I thought it was overpriced but very tasty. The quality of the sandwich has greatly slipped since that time. It looks nothing like the advert on the poster. First, the cucumbers are SHAVED paper thin — it’s laughable! Second, the cream cheese is thinly applied and cracked and dried out and if you have the AUDACITY to request a bit of cream cheese to make this dry-as-sandpaper sandwich edible, they charge you an extra buck. REALLY? Ironically, the smoked salmon — the most expensive component of the sandwich — was quite good, and while the quantity is not overwhelming, it’s decent and about what you would expect. Coffee Bean — you are better than this. How are you going to compete with the big boys if you treat your customers this way?

My first visit here and I ordered the peach orchard tea. It was so bland without a hint of sweetness. I wished the girl in the counter would’ve asked me if I wanted my tea sweetened. But, that’s not why I dislike this location. My friend and I visited this location and we encountered one of the rudest human alive. This man. Probably in his late thirties said. «WELCOMEEEEETOOOOAMERRRRICA» in a loud, slow and obnoxious tone. The woman next to him laughed and slapped him saying«shut up». JUSTBECAUSEMYFRIENDAND I AREASIANANDWEAPPEAREDINRANCHOCUCAMONGA doesn’t mean we came from another country! But of course, the rude guy knew that… But felt the need to point out that we should stay in our 626 locations such as Rowland heights or hacienda heights. After his rude comment, I gave him a confused expression. Then he said, «OH!!! I though you guys were visiting America! NIHAO! » … This experience was heard by everyone in the store. And I’m surprised no one was offended by this.

I am a loyal supporter of Coffee Bean. Always have been, and I’m so glad to find a new location(to me). The Inland Empire has very few and far between. This one is in a very nice spot in the delightful Victoria Gardens complex. I only wish it was closer to where I live. But I hear tell, there is a new location opening in the Riverside area soon. Well done! You will find me impatiently checking up on their progress. Of special interest right now, the month of July to August 2015, Coffee Bean is offering a Happy Hour special, from 3−5pm daily, 50% off their iced blended drinks. A really good deal. The nice thing is you don’t have to come to just this location to get that offer. It is corporate sponsored. Yay.

The little girls at the front counter need a class on appropriate customer service. I walked in and proceeded to stand behind an already created line with about 5 people in front of me. I noticed that there was a sign on the other side but continued to stand where the line had already started to not create more confusion. Not until I was next in line and have been in line for about 5 minutes now, the girl rudely yells and points«excuse me the line starts over there». There was about 5 people prior to me that she didnt feel the need to yell at. She must of thought I was an easier target. I just walked right out the door to starbucks.

This Coffee Bean is a nice little spot to hang out and enjoy an expresso while visiting Victoria Gardens. It does get a little crowded due to its location in a nice shopping plaza. There are a decent number of tables to sit and even some high chairs and bar area overlooking the street. The baristas are very nice and answer your questions about CB drinks. Overall, a nice spot in Victoria Gardens.

Great coffee and tea place in a central location. This place is pretty tiny without much place to sit but with a large outdoor seating area. Great products, imo better than Starbucks! Good service. Clean. Easy in and out

It was a slow Thursday night and the coffee tasted bitter and old. Think I also detected a bit of an attitude from the young gal at the counter. And so as much as I want an alternative to Starbucks, this kind of nonsense is what sends me back to my good old friend Starbucks.

Unilocal 2015 Challenge #11 Wow I had never seen a CBTL as full as this one was! Wow there was a long line here. But there was also a long line at Starbucks as well so I wouldn’t know how to put two and two together. Coffee is a huge plus at Victoria Gardens? Plus it was really cold that day: P haha. Had their caramel hazelnut, which is the closest thing they have to their toffee nut, which I miss dearly. DEARLY. They don’t skimp on the syrups, which I thought to be a great thing considering that there was such a long line and so many other patrons in the store waiting for their coffee or tea. The line was long and did take some time to get through, so people were slow in ordering or something: P Because getting the drink took about 4 minutes :/ Their store looks really nice haha. From the outside, facing Macy’s, it has the huge Coffee Bean Tea Leaf sign and it has glass windows around it. I don’t know– something about it made me think it was kinda fancier than other CBTLs that I’ve been through. You go Rancho Cucamonga.

I never write reviews on Unilocal. If i am, it’s either really good or, as in this case, really bad. I’m one who doesn’t really care too much for customer service. If it’s good, that’s a nice plus. My main point is quality. I like my hard-earned money to go towards something of substance. Unfortunately, it was wasted at this establishment. I’m a serious coffee drinker. My main coffee to drink is a cappuccino with no sweeteners or extra flavorings. The first red flag should have been when I ordered. The girl at the register suggested that i get a latte instead since a cappuccino was just two shots and a bunch of foam. I was hoping the barista had better since than the register girl. Sadly, I was wrong. Bitter and burnt to the point of almost being un-drinkable. What a waste of coffee… and my $ 4. Since I think Starbucks is about par, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is well deserved of it’s two stars. Klatch coffee is a far superior café… perhaps it has ruined me for all other cafes.

Got something here for the very first time today. I’m a fan of green tea drinks. I figured they would have some kind of green tea drink and they do! I got their Matcha Green Tea blended ice drink. It tastes EXACTLY the same as the Green Tea Frappuccino at Starbucks… actually, Coffe Bean’s may be a tad better since the ice was blended more smoothly. So now if I don’t see a Starbucks around & there’s a Coffee Bean location, I can just get it there! Other than that, I’m not a coffee drinker.
