PLEASE AVOID THIS JEWELER… if I am able to give negitive stars I would. Just arrived to pick up my silver bracelet I let a week ago to have repaired. They literally ripped me off. Not only did they over price the work, they informed me that it was silver at time of drop off. When I arrived to pick up my beautiful silver bracelet it had bronze all over it it looked awful. They had the audacity to tell me that it was not silver but they went ahead and still give the $ 48 work to my bracelet and charge me for it. They expected me to take the bracelet to where was. Told me to go back to where I purchase it to find out if it was silver. Am I not using it Jeweler shouldn’t they know if it was silver and not before they started the work on this. I will report them to the Better Bureau Business. I am not happy at all…

Excellent service everytime I come into the store. Just had my watch repaired, and it works great! The jeweler really knows what he is talking about. We get along because we are both big watch fanatics! Definitely recommend them.

ZERO STARS! Do not get your jewelry repaired here. I took my wedding ring as one of the diamonds had fallen out. Luckily I had the diamond. First of all they state all work is done onsite!!! Wrong, it had to be sent out, no jeweler onsite. When I got it back it was terrible. My setting had 4 diamonds set in a princess cut. The diamonds were not set back in flush. Any experienced jeweler should have caught this. So they sent it back to repair again. Waited several days, got it back and they completely changed the prong setting without my consent and it made the ring look way different. I decided to just keep it since they told me it would hold the diamonds better. Here is the worst part. A few months later my entire setting diamonds and all (1ct) fell completely off the ring and was lost upon taking it back in they do not guarantee any of their work once you leave the store. Several other reputable jewelers told me the job was done wrong as they could tell from the ring. They simply took short cuts which weakened my ring and set it up to be weak by the way they «repaired» it. Save yourself the heartache and go to a reputable jewerlers. This place accepts no responsibility and has no business trying to repair anything! I’m just so upset and not taking it elsewhere from the start.

I had many compliants to them. I thought I had to purchase something asap. But till then I realized it was a huge mistake I had a lot of trouble with my rings. And the promises were never done when said. So will not be returning here

Got a free batterie for my watch with a voucher my sister gave me they have beautiful pieces here and the pricing im not sure on ive never bought jewelry myself but I would buy some here with these prices. The store is clean and nice actually very nice and the sales person was very kind and helpful.
