Excellent customer service, food comes out fresh & fast.
Pros: drive thru is literally quick compared to lost of other fast food joints, they accept all major credit cards.
Cons: the drive thru trash is always full

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo meal. When I bit into my sandwich it tasted like grisal. Another bite same thing. Not sure if this chicken patty was under cooked or processed with a bad batch of meat. Spoiled my appetite completely. I will be calling to get a refund or store credit.

I am so upset to know and witness that one of your managers pushed one of your employee who is pregnant by the way. There should be no reason for one of your employers to touch another. This is so disrespectful and outrageous. This manager who is named Alicia should have no right to touch any other person but herself. This is unbelievable that she would have the audacity if anything happens to this woman or her child I blame her. You need to do something about this manager.

I like the food even though I’m trying to be healthy and not eat out a lot but the service just … Needs to get better. Honestly what happened to giving sauces and napkins I understand it’s the drive thru and you wanna get people in and out as fast as you can but please make sure you give people what they need before they leave. I had to go inside and grab sauces napkins and straws… Even had to ask for a drink carrier for 4 drinks… (Didn’t have enough cup holders in my car) I honestly think they can do better I know they are hard workers and just wanna get the job done.

the service at this location has gone to ****…will not be returning anytime soon… i had a free combo coupon from corporate went inside late at night to order a buttery jack bacon and swiss combo… i had to repeat my order several times and the lady who took my order didnt know how to process my coupon yet she had a stack right in front of her:/ she finally figured it out and i got my order… when i got home i pulled everything out of the bag checked the burger and noticed she had giving me the buttery jack classic… ugh

This Jack in the box is located in a great place. Only 5 minutes away, shares location with Chevron, and the shopping center It’s located has lots to offer. I usually utilize the drive thru, it’s pretty quick and orders are accurate. Never had the food dissatisfied the taste buds. I do like the fact the drive thru is open 24 hours.
Usually a great experience here.

It gets 3 stars for convenience and location it’s next to a gas station and a stater brothers. also the staff could be more attentive and friendly for the most part they do well, I mean a good job. The facility is mostly clean they can be stingy on and with the condiments even when requested an offering to pay for the expenses of the special request.
