Juice It Up!

Although there are two (2) Juice It Ups in my area, this is my store of choice.
Each time I have been greeted with a big friendly smile and great customer service.
Last week Melody served me and she was very courteous and friendly. My beverage was delicious.

On my way back from Hesperia, saw this place off the road so decided to go in. Got me the awakening, it consist of pineapple, carrots, ginger and it was pretty good. I ordered the large and it was pretty big, wish I should’ve just ordred the small. Should have listen to the voice in my head. But Never felt so healty.

Jonathan is such a great dude! I was sick for a week and all I could stomach was smoothies and soup. He remembered my order and was so nice. Management material.

Open later than other juice it ups which is nice! Only reason I give 4 stars is because of the music they play. Some pretty inappropriate music played at this juice it up sometimes!

I am a loyal juice it up customer I frequently order a pineapple cucumber w/​lemon. When I watched the young lady was making my drink she juiced the pineapple skins only there was absolutely no pineapple meat in my drink. When I asked her to please put some in she said no because it would break the juicer. How does pineapple meat break a juicer but the skin won’t? I’ve witnessed the workers using pineapple meat at every other location. And My juice taste like dirt!!! I juice all the time at home as well and pineapples are poppin’ all day through that mutha fukka!

Worst experience ever, I’ve been coming to this Juice it up since they open and had never had any inconvenient always very friendly, however my last two visits were horrible experience went on April 23, 2015, at 7:30pm
Julianna and Reanna were the 2 employees they were so unpleasant and rude and i wanted to purchase ever green drink and they said they don’t use there blenders after 7:00pm, however i responded «that’s sounds weird I’ve been here plenty of times and always order same drink and never had a problem» i then ask to speak to the manager and was giving no help,
‘i then thought maybe the girls were having a bad day” so wen’t back May 8, 2015 NOT HAPPY AT ALL! went back to Juice up in Summit in Fontana there second time this week same employees Julianna and Reanna, I went in at 7:00pm and was ready to order Ever Green and they both said machines were down at 7:00 and i couldn’t order any drink that needed to be blend, i then ask for there manager and they responded «Juice it up were ran different then any store and i was welcome to visit another location»
It’s really inconvenient to go somewhere else when i’m CLOSER TO THIS PLACE! there customer service was horrible… i’m a person that never writes a review but this really got got me upset i’ve never seen this two young ladies don’t know if staff is new but i’ve never expirence something like this elsewhere

I came here on a Saturday morning. The place was packed and only one girl was working… Not only was she sweet and professional. She didn’t let the stress of a packed house get to her. I frequent this juice it up as it is near my house… And it was nice to know that I will get treated the same, if it’s a packed house. Or slow :) thank you guys!!!

Giving it a 2 .We usually come here. But all the time they never have the membership cards. How can you have customers that are loyal but not not have ant cards. Don’t you think. corporate would know this. The person at the counter said they never send enough. Wrong answer. Very disappointing. For our family if 6

Honestly, not as bad as I expected but for a better taste I’ll be going to jamba juice — the taste was just too much on the generic side for me & sadly not enough fruit. The place was clean & the staff was great! Especially during the rush of customers they got!
So I may give them another chance or two ;)

Organic wheatgrass shots, delicious acai bowls, bomb smoothies, and energizing fresh juices. Evergreen is my favorite smoothie, and I love all green juices. Add boosts of kale for added nutrition or ginger for a kick!
Expect to wait at any Juice It Up location, because everything is freshly prepared, so that only makes sense.
Customer service is great, all people who work here really know their recipes, and they are quick with each order they prepare. They are even willing to accommodate when you would like to add an extra ingredient.
My only qualm is the fact that I’ve lost many points with the forgetting to swipe my card before they process my payment. This matters a lot to me only because I go daily, spend a lot of money, and depend on my points to add up so I can get my $ 5 off with each $ 50 I spend. Other than that, everything is great!

The workers here are normally cool and fairly prompt. However, today… the cashier girl seemed aloof. I had to ask her if she was ready. I was standing at the cash register and she didn’t even make eye contact to indicate she was ready to take my order. So weird. Anyway. Who cares. Just gimme my juice!!!

Best smoothies, around. You guys always amaze and surprise me. The customer service is excellent, and the smoothies are almost perfect every time I come here. Even-​though I haven’t been to this location in a while I will return, when I have a taste for a delicious refreshing smoothie. Keep up the good work Juice It Up!

Great customer service at this location, I drive past the one on Sierra Lakes to get better service here. Their employees are super friendly and you can tell they work really hard. Their smoothies always come out great, thanks guys! :)

Came here a couple of days ago to find myself waiting in line for 5 minutes with one guy doing everything. I was pleasantly surprised at not only how calm he was but he was quick and efficient when making the smoothies (I got the Ever Green Smoothie! Super Yummy!) The service and smoothie was great! Just wish there was someone else helping him out.

I brought my baby girl to this location for a quick smoothie break. I was happy to see there were non-​dairy options in multiple flavors rather then a token non dairy. The girl running the place was churning out the drinks fast enough to keep the lunch line crowd thin. Who doesn’t like juice?

The smoothies are delish and the service is wonderful. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Ive only been here once. Got a Mango something and it was pretty good
