This place is usually always clean, and service is quick too. The people that work here are very nice as well. One time I came here just a few minutes before closing time, but they told me I could still come in, I also asked for a extra biscuit and ended up receiving all the extra biscuits they had left! I had biscuits for days haha! Very nice service.

Came here for an early To-​Go dinner with my family. The restaurant was very clean. Adi and Betty helped me with my order, & they were very nice! The food was really fresh and hot, I didn’t mind waiting the 5 – 7 minutes it took to make my shrimp meal. Everything is bomb. And good customer service too. Thanks for not making me feel bad when I ask for a few extra cocktail sauces. I hate that… When you ask a restaurant for more condiments and they either look at u annoyed, or charge you $ 1 for one sauce. Adi hooked it up. Thank you!

I was in line. There was a girl off to the side getting free food… The 2 cashiers were more interested in giving their friend free food than helping a paying customer. My order was very simple. I asked for a 5 Dollar Box with 3 Extra Tenders. After trying to explain it to her for 5 min that i wanted a 5 dollar box with 3 extra tenders on the side my order was STILL wrong! I was charged for a 5 Dollar box and 6 extra tenders. When i told the Little ghetto girl that gave me my food she was trying to get smart. I didnt want to make a scene so i left. And to top it off my food was cold.

The girls working the night shift were very nice they didn’t make me feel like I needed to get out they were quick with our order and very helpful. We usually have issues with the mid day shifts forgetting our food they got it all right.

I came here for the first time for lunch. This place is large and clean. The food took awhile to come out for just being chicken tenders. It was worth the wait cuz that chicken was actually really tender! The chicken was a very weird shape but I try not to think about it. The cashier and the guy who gave me my food were really friendly. Will come back to this and other Popeye’s.

Literally walking distance from the hospital. Went there to try the new ghost pepper chicken. Great initial flavor. Immediately regretted about 10 seconds later. I shouldve stuck to their original stuff. I was a little ambitious today and I will definitely regret it come tomorrow. Great location and a very clean restaurant. Damn you ghost pepper!

Food was fine, served hot, but restaurant was not busy and it 20 minutes to get our food. Staff not very friendly. Restroom disgustingly filthy. We brought it to the attention of the manager and for the 30 – 40 minutes we were there they still hadn’t cleaned it up.

We go to the Popeyes in Norwalk all the time. Their chicken is juicy and crispy. This Popeyes chicken was dry. We were there for lunch at 12 so it should have been fresh but it felt like the chicken was under a heat lamp for hours. My wife had the popcorn shrimp in garlic. At the bottom of her basket was a deep pool of garlic butter that soaked into everything including the fries and the biscuit. Really gross and so easy to avoid by draining the shrimp after mixing it instead of tossing it from the mixing bowl straight into the basket. I know it’s fast food but they can do better with a few simple changes.
