GNC you lost a regular customer today. I went to exchange an unopened 2 lb. whey isolate container today because you were out of stock on the flavor i usually get. Thats your fault! You charged me 13.00 more for an even exchange! GET REAL! Done! Go to ebay and save some money. I tried to support a local business but this business doesn’t deserve it.

I went to this gnc store today to buy some creatine. I checked what time they closed and the Google search said at 7:00 pm. I went to the store and arrived at the door sty 6:55 pm when I saw an employee on the inside locking the door and looking right at me. I clearly still had about 5 min to shop, which I knew what I was getting. If your sign says that you close at 7 then why have your employees close 5 minutes earlier? I will never shop at this gnc again…

I wish there was a zero star option. I have been here a few times and received good customer service. I purchased 2 protein tubs and was told I could exchange the flavor if I didn’t like it. I came in to exchange a new (never opened) tub for a different flavor and the lady wanted to charge me $ 29. I explained to her that they told me I could exchange it free of charge. She was very rude and treated me like a criminal.

…does not accept national coupons from GNC. I went in to redeem a coupon and the lady who seems like the owner said they do not take coupons. The other two local GNC, Rancho and Ontario Mills, accepted it. How do you run a business and not accept your corporate coupons?
