I frequent many Starbucks but this one is my least favorite always slow (I was just ignored for about10min) and got my drink after forever and I was the only in store customer! Previously my drinks haven’t been right or have burnt expresso :(

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever visited and that is saying a lot because I have seen some bad ones. The slowest drive they lane that does not allow you to get once your in line. The staff is rude and defensive because they know the service sucks so bad.

20 min wait in the drive thru for a cup of coffee at 930. We pull up finally get the coffee and ask her to dispose a Starbucks cup for us from the day before and she says no sorry I can’t take that there’s a garbage around the corner at QDoba. Really? You can’t throw out a paper STARBUCKS cup from a customer buying another cup of coffee!!! Wowwwww!!! This is why I despise Starbucks and won’t drink it. This was my husband buying their stupid overpriced coffee.

On the road and needed a coffee fix so to the national chain I went. The entrance to the drive thru is a bit congested as the Starbucks shares buildings with another national chain store. Small Pike No Room that came with a stir stick.
