Horrible– Had a dermal replaced FRIDAY that was part of a pair. Went in only to get a piercing by was up-sold into purchasing a new jewelry because they did not have the matching color of my previous piercing. Decided on 2 matching flower crystal head pieces so each of my dermals would match. Was shocked to hear that they were $ 40 each, but was told they had a «lifetime» warranty. After the piercing, both the new and the old piercing were put on by THEIRSTAFF. After they were done the piercer asked if I wanted a picture. I bent down into my purse to grab my phone and turned around to see the piercer already has HIS phone ready.(um?..) Followed the aftercare instructions and when I went to replace the bandage the next day(SATURDAY) one one of the flower tops was missing. I called first thing the next day(Sunday) but they were closed. Got a hold of them Monday. Was strung through 3 people before being handed off and prepped to speak with me as «the girl who doesn’t understand we aren’t giving her more jewelry.» I explained to the manager how it happened within 24 hours and he continued to tell me how if he gave me jewelry that he would have to give every customer jewelry and continued. I wasn’t asking for a million dollars buddy. I did your business a favor by supporting it locally, buying more of your product, purchasing your services, as well as leaving a tip. I understand jewelry gets lost, but that should not happen when it is put in by a professional and lasts less than a day. Manager made NO attempt to right the situation, offer a replacement, or even an apology. I would never go someone where the jewelry only lasts a day. Management needs an etiquette lesson. Cheap.
