I called here to check the availability of a rx. The man on the phone refused to check for me since we were not current customers. Well, now I won’t be a customer. Horrible customer service. Why not check for a customer? This is just silly, it takes 2 seconds to look it up in the computer. This was THE ONLY pharmacy that refused to check if they had the medication needed in stock. I am taking my business elsewhere.

I go here while at lunch often because they are always fast, friendly and helpful. Yesterday I was buying a couple of Loreal products and the gentleman (manager?) at the register took me back to the cosmetic department to be checked out because the girl at that register had some coupons for the products that I was purchasing. It saved me $ 4. Thank you (manager?) guy! Great customer service! Best drug store in Folsom!

I have stopped at this Walgreens many times. It is located along my path to other things so it works well for me.
Standard drug store setup. I have never dealt with the pharmacy, but the employees I have dealt with have always been very helpful and polite.
Prices are good and they run specials often. Getting there rewards card seems to be worthwhile for all the price reductions that go along with the program.
The store has always been clean and well stocked.
Just a regular drugstore that I will most likely be returning to.

Won’t be going back. It’s like walking into a Twilight Zone Movie. Everyone who works there is weird. I know at $ 8 per hr you shouldn’t expect too much, but these people are worthless. Rude and incompetent. If Walgreens Corp would spot check them like other retail stores do, they’d get ride of the big stringy haired checker and the rude blonde asst mgr.

I gave them 3 chances on 3 separate visits. The pharmacy staff is not helpful or friendly at all, once the pharmacy tech tossed my prescription back at me and said they couldn’t fill it, that was it no suggestion or help offered. They get 2 stars instead of 1 because the one time I used the front cashier she was very nice. I’ve moved my business to CVS Pharmacy on E. Bidwell. While that is further from my home they are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
