I recently purchased the Relay from The Hot Tub Store. I was impressed with Mike’s knowledge of hot tubs and just as he said, I could not be happier with my purchase. Mike even remembers me when I come in to buy chemicals. The customer service at The Hot Tub Store is the best around. This is the best place to purchase a hot tub!

My wife and I visited the Hot Tub Store to look at Hot Springs Spa’s per a friends recommendation. We were meet by Bridget West, Sales. Bridget was very informative and helpful in our search for the right Hot Tub for us. We ended up purchasing a spa from Bridget and she was very helpful in the selection process, and making sure our experience was good all the way though. Bridget was fantastic. Jack from the Hot Tub Store provided our delivery and install of our Hot Tub. Jack and his crew were great. Both Bridget and Jack made this a fantastic experience from start to finish.

We just purchased the 2015, TX hot tub from Mike Lady and couldn’t be more pleased. We tried to «cheap it out» with a lesser spa from Costco which presented numerous problems. First, the heater ran FOREVER and our electrical bill soared. Secondly, the sides pushed out making it look like a giant tire going flat and third, it was extremely noisy. The TX works great and is free of any problems.
Do yourself a favor, see Mike Lady. There isn’t anything he doesn’t know about spas and spa chemicals. Yea, Hot Springs spas are slightly more expensive than their competitors but you’ll thank yourself and avoid the hassles I had. BTW, the TX is our second «Hot Springs Spa» and I only wish I would have moved it to our new home instead of leaving it behind. It was 15 years old and working great.

Bought our hot tub from Mike Lady 5 years ago and have been enjoying it almost daily ever since. I purchase all our chemicals from them and Mike is always up for some helpful advice or a nice chat during my visits.
While the tub has been very reliable with just routine maintenance, I recently had occasion to use the Hot Tub Store’s technical services. The technician, Mike Barnes, showed up in a timely manner, was friendly and open to questions, and quickly resolved my concerns. In all, he provided another reason why I would eagerly recommend The Hot Tub Store to anyone looking to purchase or maintain a tub.

When your hot tub goes cold it is a scary thing. I didn’t know what part was broken, and had to basically throw myself at the mercy of the tech at The Hot Tub Store.
I was expecting a real nightmare «money pit» experience but the tech Mike came out and was really quick to diagnose and explain what was going on with the tub. The total repair came in at a very reasonable rate and Mike took extra time to explain a couple of the hot tub’s features with me.
This is a class outfit all the way — you can trust them not to gouge you on your repairs and if I ever need a new hot tub I know where I will be going.
Big kudos to Mike — thanks for fixing my hot tub man! :)

Recently purchased a Hot Tub from Mike, at the Hot Tub Store. He was very knowledgeable and helped me decide which model best suited our needs. Delivery and set up were a breeze. We chose a 3 person SX model with a fantastic «moto massage» feature. My husband has a bad back, and this feature is awesome!
We will continue to buy our maintenance products from him, and seek advice if issues come up. If you’re shopping for a Spa, definitely recommend this store!
