This is always my place to go when ever I need any nuts, washer, and bolts. There is always someone’s standing by to help you find what you need. All the boys are organized and for a fair price

This place is the best place to get any home improvement stuff. I come in here every 3 days on average and every time sales reps are right there asking if you need help. they are knowledgeable and know what they are doing. I highly recommend this place!

A great general hardware store I prefer to use Orchard over the larger Home Depot/Lowes locations. They have a good selection of items for most jobs that I need to do. Orchard just seems to be a nicer experience than other places. Service is very good here. It is easy to get help with a question are finding an item. I like the decorations they sell around the holidays. It is more craft type items then the main stream decorations sold elsewhere. Great for a fast stop to grab something.

I find that is is often easier to come to OSH rather than go across the street to Lowes. If I need to ask a question, I usually find someone right away and they usually know how to help you out. If not, they will ask other people. While the store is not as big as Lowes, they have most anything you would need for your project. Honestly, it’s easier sometimes that it is smaller so you can get in and get out quicker.

Much easier to get help here than Home Deport or Lowes. This is a smaller store than either of those, but I seem to find certain hardware here that the others don’t have. No lumbar yard though, and the landscaping items are limited.

What else can I say but fair prices, good sales, and great service(you can always find a knowledgeable guy). Doublly good that the were once owned by Sears so the carry Craftsman, Kenmore, and Weatherbeater.

I found a product on their online website which stated find it in the store. Seeing as it stated it was in the store, I headed down to this location(Folsom). When I arrived, the product was twice the online price and I was told by their manager there online prices are not the same as their in store prices nor would they honor it even though there website doesn’t tell you prices are different in the store. I tried to go back online the following day, however they deleted the pages of all similar products. After speaking with there customer service operator who does not have any information on how to contact their online services, she gave me a suspended number 1−888−746−7674. I contacted her and she acted surprised twice in two days even though I informed her the number was disconnected. She than gave me a different number to Brian 1−954−969−2358 who supposedly should of been able to help me, however Brian has yet to return any of my calls. Overall I am wondering if this corporation is on the verge of bankruptcy as many of their numbers are suspended. If they are, I can definitely see why as they have absolutely no organization skills. In today’s day and age you would think they would be more incline to have a better website which prices are the same online as in store. Guess I will head over to the larger and better HOMEDEPOTORLOWES to find the items I seek as they are more inclined to have better customer service and honor their online prices in their stores as they should since they are the same company.

Smaller than a Home Depot or the Lowes right across the street. This means it’s easier to get in and out, but then they also have less selection. But for run-of-the-mill products, I usually choose to try here first. There is no lumbar yard, which means no ginormous carts to maneuver around in the isles. They also have a nursery, but it’s on the smaller side. What they DO offer here, that I haven’t found at other places, is wire fencing by the foot! It’s great to not have to buy a whole roll, if you just need a few feet of chicken wire(or whatever) for a project.
