I do not believe there is another Realtor who will work for you as hard as Jake DaRosa. He listed my home in Elk Grove, CA. and the first day it was listed had 12 people come see it that was on a Thursday and offers began coming in. By Saturday evening two days after the listing went live nearly 30 Realtors with potential buyers came through the house and on Monday we had so many offers several of which were 20k more than our asking price. We finally accepted a cash offer. In the mean time some issues came up with the water heater and a broken water pipe Jake made sure that was handled. I am convinced that Jake has my best interest in mind during this entire process and continues to as he helps me find a new home for my son and I. — Tom Wilson
