I think I got ridiculously lucky to work with such great people during my home search and buying process.
Jake was recommended to me by a family member. I moved from a different city and didn’t really know where to start. He’s everything you want in a real estate agent, he’s flexible, honest, professional, easy to reach at almost any time of the day, and he really looks out for your best interests. He was very upfront about what to expect and was always on top of things. He even came with me to my loan signing process to answer any of my questions.
I had been trying with the idea of buying a house in the Elk Grove area for a little while, I’m from another city. A family member recommended him on a Wednesday, I text him on Friday, met with him and went to see a house of my choosing and made an offer on Sunday, got outbid, saw another house by Monday, made a bid and won by Wednesday. How ridiculous is that?! And he walked me through every step. He even reaches out to the listing agent to get a better idea of what it will take to get you the house you want. Long story short, the bid I won turned out to just not fit me, so we kept at it. Jake sent me listing after listing. He found a THE one that fit everything I wanted, an hour after it was listed. We went to see that house the very same day at 7pm and it was perfect. We out in our bid and won, beating out 10 other bids. Now I’m a homeowner!
I couldn’t say better things about him. He was my rock in the process. I highly recommend him and will be contacting him when I start looking for my next house!

OMG, I do not even know where to begin .My husband and I have been working with Jake for the last past three weeks and LOVE IT. He is very professional, REAL, funny, humble and most importantly knows his business. Buying a home is stressful, especially if you don’t have the right people on your side. Jake referred us to David King with Summit Funding Inc. for our loan and let me tell you it is amazing how prompt and smooth everything is going. Jake returns your calls and texts before you can put your phone down lol. We are very impressed because there are numerous realtors out there but you rarely find a real humble one that has your best intentions at heart instead of their commission check. We are close to closing time and we are excited to have our new home and a new friend in our lives. Did I mention he is the owner of G-​FACTOR Game Truck. This guy is a complete package!!!
