Burgers= phenomenal Drive thru service= unbearably sloooow Such a shame. These burgers are a hero. The one thing I look forward to when I’m in Cali or Vegas. But damn, can a sista get some help here for food? 25 – 30 minutes for a drive thru is somewhat ridiculous. I know in-n-out is realllly good but the service is usually fast and really efficient. This one begs to differ. Under $ 4 for a double double… come to mama! & in 104° weather, the pink lemonade is so refreshing. Unfortunately I’m not a milkshake fan so I’m an in-n-out milkshake virgin but I look forward to it next time. Love how refreshingly crisp the lettuce is, how juicy the burgers are and how delicious it is in my mouth. Overall, food is 1000% good. Service at this location could improve. Cheap, delicious and way too addicting ;)

Just ordered a hamburger 5 seconds ago. I’ve never had such a terrible burger from in n out. Burnt bun, dry burger, extra thick onion… what are these people doing! It didn’t even taste like in n out. It was terrible and fell apart due to such negligence. I’m so glad I don’t live here, I would never go here. If I could give –stars this would be –5

I love in and out burger. I’ve been eating it since I was a kid with my dad and I’ve never had a rotten experience, but then last night it was 30 min before closing and I had been relaxing with friends after work. Well I got hungry and drove out of my way opposite direction of my home to go to these guy and I wasn’t happy with the service. Mostly because when I got to the window to receive my order it took forever for a burger and some fries. But something else really pissed me off. One of the ladies, some teller blond woman was talking smack about the customers who«come here this late» saying«can you believe the people who come here?» And then some other smack about how it’s ridiculous to be ordering this late. All the while the window was open and I was obviously listening and offended. Needless to say I will be going out of my way for a different in and out or even a different restaurant. Then they forgot the 2 packets of thousand that I asked for which I like to use on my fries and the bun was stiff in some spots. I will be letting a manager know if I’m ever in the area again but I will not be making effort to give them my business. Really unhappy.

If you can’t get my order right… even on the second try, after I’ve come inside to have my order fixed after waiting in the drive thru line for a half hour, I think I should give you zero stars. I’d probably have been more understanding had this been the first time my order has been messed up… but sadly, it’s not. It’s become the norm at the Folsom location. So off I go, after 45 mins at in n out… with cold nasty old fries, and hamburgers I didn’t order. No thanks. I love in n out… but not this kind of in n out. May be time to find a new place for a burger fix!

Affordable burgers and decent fries. Plus they know how to make a proper shake, thank goodness! That’s so hard to find these days. My recommended order: Single cheeseburger, with grilled onion Animal fries Medium diet coke OR small shake Unfortunately I might need to cut back on the burgers XD

I seem to be one of the few people in California who does not really care for In-N-Out in general. When I tell friends this, they are usually shocked. This location is no exception unfortunately. It always takes around 20 minutes to get your order, whether you go inside or use the drive-thru. The drive-thru is definitely prioritized though, so if you want quicker service take that into consideration. In-N-Out has become so popular nowadays that they can no longer stay true to their name of speedy service. The burgers are good, but the fries are pretty terrible in my opinion. Too soggy when you order them normally, and way too crispy when you ask for them cooked longer. Cashiers are always very friendly though.

So here’s me standing majorly corrected on a review I wrote just a few weeks ago… kind of embarrassing… but not as embarrassing as the burger I had last night. It wasn’t just an embarrassment to In-N-Out. It would have been an embarrassment to McDonald’s. The bun was mushy. The lettuce was old and soggy. The outside of the burger was seared, and the inside was at least 75% pink. In the restaurant business that is what we refer to as «rare,» and is never how an In-N-Out burger should be cooked. I love In-N-Out so much that literally none of this stopped me from eating my entire burger. Meanwhile, my boyfriend had started on his animal fries, and was complaining about them, which is odd, because I have probably only heard him make any sort of negative comment about any food like twice ever. So I took a bite, gagged, and could barely hold my mouth closed long enough to make it to where I needed to go. The secret sauce was rancid. But my first thought was, «How is there possibly fish in my secret sauce?» RANCID. The customer service was great and the Neapolitan shake was delightful.

Good food but dirty, unclean, untidy, sloppy, filthy, slovenly, slipshod, squalid, trashed, unkempt, messy and disheveled is often the experience of dining in. Bathrooms, dirty. Tables, dirty. Benches dirty. Kitchen floor, a pig sty. Floors dirty. Doors and windows dirty. Trash cans, overflowing. Parking lots trashed. I am human, not a farm animal. I don’t enjoying having my meals served in a pig sty. Why in the devil don’t they use big flat serving trays like everybody else for tidiness at the dining room table?

I love In-N-Out. Have been eating the food since I can remember. On a number of occasions, I have run into problems with this location. I had tried to give them the benefit do the doubt, but have to sadly avoid his place after numerous occasions of employee neglect. Tonight, I went through the drive thru to get my food. Upon receiving my food at the window, the woman forgot my animal fries. I would not have been so upset, if I hadn’t driven ALLTHEWAYHOME before realizing her mistake. I went back, and was able to speak to the manager. He was very kind and understanding, but this is not the only time his has happened to me at the Folsom location. This is a 2 rating because the location is awful but I still do enjoy the food. Better luck at another location!!!

I absolutely love this place and it is my favorite fast food burger. I have been ordering it «Animal Style» for so long that the last few times I switched it up and have reverted back to classic style and it is like falling in love all over again. A spongey bun, white onion, tomato, lettuce, American cheese and that delicious spread. Pure bliss!

I am pretty sure saying In-N-Out Burger is just«aaaiiiight» gets you kicked out of California, but I will say it anyway. I like the allure of the secret menu but it sounded like a lot of research and work so I went with the number 2 with onion. I was hungry as sin so I scarfed down my appropriately priced palm size burger. Everything about it was ok and the most tasty part were the onions. It was what I would expect from a fast food chain burger, but nothing more than that. The fries made me sad. When I think of fries I think super crunchy outside and soft texture inside. These we just kinda all around soft like preformed mashed potatoes. In the same situation(road trippin) I wouldn’t hesitate to stop in for a burg.

I only eat here once a year, & it’s usually on our way home from Disneyland(a great way to end a great vacation). This year we didn’t get to go to DL cause of my sisters wedding & it was a cheat day… So why not? I love their burgers, mostly because of the thick slice of onion(I love onions) & the cheese! I’m not a big fan of their fries unless I get them animal style & even then I have to share w/my husband cause I can only eat so much of it. The location in Folsom is ALWAYS busy & I mean ALWAYS!!! The drive thru line is ALWAYS wrapped around the building & there’s ALWAYS a crowd of people inside(I’m not one for crowds). The menu is simple & the prices are low. I do like that this burger chain is always consistent in how their burgers taste, no matter what location I go to & so I will continue to get my annual fix when needed. :)

After a long day of shopping for Dorm stuff, we were so hungry. This is a typical In-N-Out Burger. We ordered inside and ate outside. It was a hot day and there are flies outside. Bad idea… so next time we will eat indoors. The food tasted the same like other In-N-Out Burgers. The area inside is organized, clean and well maintained. The workers were organized. I would have to say the outside should be maintained well too. Like maybe they can send workers outside to wipe down the tables more often. I like eating outdoors because its less noisy than the noise indoors. Other than that… its a great place. Nothing spectacular that would be memorable. Its OK.

After hanging out at top of the world I was craving a burger. Drive thru was really long as usual at any in n out. I decided to dine in so I can charge my phone. I looked all over and I couldn’t find a single outlet to charge my phone. I ordered one hamburger it took 11 minutes to get it. There was only a few people inside so it was pretty slow inside. After receiving my burger it looked okay wasn’t really thrilled, but it fulfilled my craving. The customer service was good a gentlemen checked if I was doing okay before I received my burger. Next time wait till I try my burger, but I know he was trying. Overall experience here was Alrite.

Yum! I have never had an in-n-out burger before, but it was delicious! The bun was probably one of the best I’ve ever had and the fries were cooked perfectly. I will def be making this a stop each time I’m in California for work!

I feel like no one can ever have a bad review about in n out burger. Their burgers are always fresh and their fries are always hot… what’s not to love? This particular in n out burger is my favorite… I feel like they’re extremely fast and friendly!
