I really can’t complain as I still love going to Hot Topic even though I’m not a teenie and more of a young adult. I mainly go in for their vinyl collection or small nick nacks. Occasionally I’ll walk out with a bundle of band shirts. What I like about this store compared to Arden, Sunrise, and Galleria is that this store stretches out more in the back. Which I found interesting since it’s at a mall outlet. Things were arranged neatly, which is a shocker for those who go to Hot Topic a lot. Everyone was nice! I went during their promotion for Doctor Who as it was returning for the new season. I questioned why they played a T-​Pain song and they switched it for me I think to Yellowcard. If you’re going to the Folsom Outlets, parking is complex and gets crowded quick. It’s right across from a PacSun. Everyone is nice and it’s not crowded, or it wasn’t during the time of day I went. Remember, it’s bigger on the inside!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They joked around with us and discussed common interests in their products. For some reason, the first time I went to hot topic, they took my phone number down wrong, so we had to look up my info by email. They woman at the desk was very helpful assisting me in changing my rewards card Information in the system. I bought some sunglasses on sale buy one get one free, and one didn’t have the tag on it. That was the only downside for me, because the glasses I got were the last ones of that kind on the rack, so it took them a while because they couldn’t find the code for the glasses. But they used team work to figure something out and rung me up right after.

Helpful staff, very friendly & gave my cousin & I tips while shopping. They have a great sale right now (Buy 1, Get 1 50% off) & $ 10 tanks. My girlfriends are pretty excited about the Wonder Woman Bathing Suit, Little Mermaid/​Sleeping Beauty gear. The unique jewelry caught my eye; I’m glad I can find fun pieces that remind me of my childhood, allow me to express myself in unique ways & still allow me to feel like an adult.
