Absolutely horrible customer service. Stood at the table waiting for assistance while two employees stood around talking and working on a display. Told me 3 times they would be right there. Never making a step toward me. I was the ONLY customer in the store and still felt like I was inconveniencing them by being there. So I walked out. Will not return.

Thanks so much, Camden! You went above and beyond to help me locate frames from other store and then brought to the Folsom store! for me I appreciate the great service you provided!

Very disappointed with this store. They advertised an Art set for $ 10.00. I went the same day the ad was released, when I asked because I didn’t it see on the shelf I was told that I was looking at an outdated ad. I didn’t have the ad with me so I left. Came back the next day with ad on hand and this time they were«out». I asked for a rain check, instead I was offered to be called when the item came in stock. I haven’t heard from them(a week now) .Very shady advertising techniques. First time going to that store ever and probably my last.

Wow, you would think spending almost $ 500 at Aaron Brothers in Folsom(almost $ 2k to date) they would at least have decent customer service. Not only was I inconveniencing them by picking up a picture I had custom framed, but then they were bothered that I pointed out I still owed a difference. I have to say previous experiences weren’t over the top, however they never made me want to take my business elsewhere until now. Good job Aaron Brothers. You may want to rethink your hiring strategy considering you only have 2 stars on Unilocal

IFYOUHAVEANYTHINGOFIMPORTANCEDONOTBRINGITTOTHISSTORE! I brought in a important fairly large canvas print to get tightened. They said it will take 2 weeks. I go in two weeks later and not only was it not tightened at all but it had a crease going down the middle of it, like someone folded it in half. The woman(Adriana) who«tightened» the picture acknowledge that the crease was made there in the store and she would try to fix it. A month in a half later and a day after I sent them a demand letter to pay what the picture is worth(because it still was not fixed and I assumed they were just prolonging it because they didn’t want to tell me) I get a phone call from Adriana(who is also the General Manager I believe) saying it will be done Wednesday or Thursday. I went in Thursday evening and it still was not done. I walked out and filed a claim in small claims court. I also contacted Aaron Brothers corporate office. The next day the district manager contacted me. She was unaware of the issue and would look into it. The day after that she called and said the picture was ready. For some reason Adriana did in one night what she could not do in 1 ½ months. I accepted the picture and the district manager apologized. This whole experience was so horrible and the only thing the store did was say«there is no charge». What a joke. Two months of going in there, making phone calls and stressing about not having the picture and all they do is not charge me. I wasn’t even paying for it in the first place, the photographer who took the picture was. I did however have to pay the filing fee for small claims court. So, in the long run instead of me not having to pay anything to get the canvas tightened I had to wait through 2 months of stress and pay the filing fee. DON’T GOTOTHISSTORE!

Cheap bastard that I am, I hate paying someone to do something I could do myself. When it comes to décor and art needs, I typically frame things myself or go au naturale with my tribal art and hang it up as is. However, my husband is an OCD type who must have clean borders on his art. So the deal was struck: I could still use my awesome travel mementos in the new house: IF they were properly framed. I came to Aaron Bros with a piece of mudcloth and the intent to stretch it over stretching bars that I would cut and make myself. While asking for advice of good ways to stretch it and what other options I had, the consultant at the counter told me I had a few options. I again stressed that I didn’t want a traditional frame, I just wanted to stretch the cloth like a canvas and hang it that way. She went over the do-it-yourself options, the they-do-it options, and then pulled down a frame example and set it next to my mudcloth. Well holy crap if it didn’t look amazing. It wasn’t a traditional frame, but a black wood piece with texture and character that totally brought out the cloth. I ended up going with a mat under the piece and the frame. Totally different than when what I had in mind, but WAY better. It’s going to look awesome! I was so excited by it that I came back in the next day with a canvas I had traded for in Tanzania(which I had always just tacked to my wall as-is), so they could stetch and use the same frame for it. Again, it really brought out the art and kept the same tribal character to it, while making it polished enough to display in the house. If you can hit the sales, it’s worth a stop in! There is also a huge selction of standard sized frames for your photos, a selection of wall art/mirriors, and art supplies. I always end up leaving with less money in my wallet, but very pleased with my purchases.
