I came to Euphoria for eyelash extensions because of a Groupn deal I came across. I normally get them done in Manhattan, but was looking for something cheaper and closer to home during the busy holiday season(big mistake). The woman was nice, but not someone I would ever recommend for eyelash extensions. First off, there were no options to choose from as there usually are, such as style, curl, length, and especially type of eyelash. She just had this large unorganized box filled with them. She used a type of eyelash that was too thick and heavy for me, or probably anyone. It was a long and uncomfortable process. She poked my eyes numerous times. She had me open my eyes before they were completely dry, which caused terrible burning. The worst part is she glued chunks of my real eyelashes to each fake lash(it’s supposed to be one real per one fake so they fall out naturally). And she had the nerve to bad mouth the place I normally go to(who do a phenomenal job). They were glued on so poorly that my eyelashes actually hurt every time I blinked– I was convinced my real lashes were going to fall out. My eyes were so irritated that I wound up spending more money just to have them removed somewhere else that same week I had them put on. I guess what they say is true– you get what you pay for!

I went here on a groupon deal for eyelash extensions because it was close by and I wanted to try it. i usually go to and Asian one in NJ. Bad bad bad mistake. The lady was friendly, but she did not know what she was doing. This place is chaotic and loud, rather than calm and relaxing. It wasn’t clean and organized. She pulled out a plastic box full of messy ziplock bags with eyelashes in them, laid out a sheet of paper towel on the pillow and proceeded. She poked my eye out like 4 times and didn’t apologize. She just asked me to stay still. She glued 4 – 5 of my eyelashes together with the extension in a big clump, they started to bother me after a few days. When they fell out, it was 5 of them that fell out at once. I would never go here again or recommend it to anyone. I regret going here, my eyelashes will probably be missing after this experience.

I bought a haircut from Groupon for Euphoria Hair Salon. When I got there I was greeted and my coat was taken which was good. Once my hair dresser met with me we talked a bit about what I wanted. She led me to the back area to wash my hair. In the back there were 4 – 5 women talking and sitting around. Some of them worked there, some were just there. One seemed to be eating lunch. One girl was complaining loudly to the others. The whole scene made it awkward to be in there getting my hair washed — like I was intruding on their conversation. When we were done my hairdresser even commented«do you want coffee, water, a therapy session?» The cut that followed was just ok. Once I got home I noticed some pieces that were still longer than others and had to trim them myself. The people were very nice but it seemed like the type of place that regulars go to and that’s about it. I won’t be heading back for another cut.

Like Kristina K., I also purchased a $ 47 LivingSocial voucher for a European deep cleansing facial and upper body massage. Unlike Kristina K., I had a pretty good experience. I made an appointment for a weekday afternoon and showed up 5 minutes late. The receptionist was busy with another customer but gave me a form for first time customers to fill out. It was probably another 5 minutes after I was done with the form before I was introduced to Vicki, my aesthetician for the day, and was shown downstairs. Admittedly, the dark and narrow basement did kind of scare me, but once inside the facial room, it wasn’t so bad. Vicki was very thorough with the facial and only left the room once to get water(leaving the room for 10 minutes during a facial is normal when you have your final mask on). The massage she gave was also great: she has very strong hands and definitely loosened up some big knots on my back with both her hands and some hot stones. Throughout everything, she was very friendly, chatting with me about different neighborhood treats as well as health topics. Even though my appointment started late, I was still done in 75 minutes, which I was grateful for. I didn’t have enough cash for tip, but the receptionist was nice enough to let me go to the bank and come back(honors system). Overall, if I see another voucher for Euphoria, I would not mind coming back!

I went here for the«deep cleansing European facial and upper body massage» that I got off of Living Social for $ 47. When I walked in the place was LOUD — lots of talking, music and hair-drying going on. So I was terrified that this was how the facial would be. Good thing; however, that the room was located downstairs. However, the whole downstairs was gross. The ceiling was one of those Styrofoam-looking square ceilings with stains on it, but I didn’t have to look at it much throughout the facial. The bathroom was gross, with no hand-towels to dry hands(only tissues) — what the hell? The girl that did my facial(I forgot her name) was great though. Talked a lot, was very bubbly. When I got downstairs, she left for a good 10 minutes to get water. Then in the middle of it, she left for another 10 minutes to get water. That’s a long time of sitting in darkness! I was pretty close to getting my phone and calling the front desk to ask them where she was. I’ve never had someone leave the room for that long during a facial. In addition, there were people that work there coming up and down the stairs, yelling and having really loud conversations in the hallway. Not so much of a zen experience. The facial itself was pretty good. She also massaged my legs, which was nice, and my shoulders with hot stones. That was a really nice touch — I loved it. I would not go to this place again for a facial/massage. I felt like the place was unprofessional, both with their staff and especially with the looks of the place. I love going to nice, clean spas. Being a total clean-freak, the only thing I could concentrate on before and after the facial was how dirty and disorganized the downstairs was. UPDATE: Regarding another reviewer, I am aware that it’s normal to leave the room for 10 minutes during a mask. However, she left the room twice for an extended period of time when I did NOT have the mask on. No other product was on my face at the time.

I’ve been going to them for years!!! Friendly environment. They offer the latest services. I go there to get my eyebrows and lip waxed among other services. Vikki is the best there is! I always get compliments on my eyebrow shape. I also had the organic spray tan and electrolysis done with Roni. Haircut & blowout with Sam, and I also recently had the new Keratin hair treatment done. I have really curly hair and after this treatment my hair is shiny and straight when I wash it, isn’t frizzy and the best part, I just have to run the blow dryer through it and go. Just in time for the summer and the beach. Try them out, you will love them.
