Dry Harbor Nails

If I could give no stars I would. The worst experience In a nail salon ever. I figured I would try them since I live locally. In the window is a sign for angel manicure special with opi Polish $ 20. Not bad. After walking In and getting the usual hustle (try ten minute massage, get a pediCure…) I just came in for the gel manicure. While getting polished the constant cleaning of the polish on the sides was getting annoying. It’s now an hour and half of this nonsense and I finally got to look at my nails that has polish all over he side of my fingers and cuticles. The owners said the polish is too thin — well why did you use it and not suggest something else instead of grouting me with the constant cleaning with your finger. I have never seen a worse manicure and unprofessional job in my
Life. A child coloring does better. Now they said they want to change the polish knowing it was inferior. After an hour and a half? And sit again through this? Absolutely not. This place is disgraceful. Stay away there are plenty of others nail salons to go to. A kid at all costs

I came here with my best friend Sam. We got gel manis and pedis. She got her eyebrows waxed today and I got mine last month (still looking good so didn’t need it done this time around). Instead the woman asked if I wanted to get a 10 minute back massage (along with the shoulder massage I got anyway… not too many salons I’ve gone to give an automatic shoulder massage while your nails are drying). I appreciated her asking or else I’d be sitting around doing nothing while waiting for my friend to be done. I got the 10 minute massage and it was wonderful! The woman even went a little longer after the timer because I had a kink in my shoulder. I love coming here they’re friendly and very welcoming.

They dug so deep into my wife’s fingers that they made her bleed around her nails on five of them. The next day they were oozing puss and I had to take her to the doctor and she was placed on antibiotics. Paronychia, look it up. And they made her pay as she was crying from the pain, literally crying in front of them.

They butchered my eyebrows, will never go back. Also, they try to up sell everything (extra coat, special coat, etc, etc,) and only after they tell you that it will cost you extra.

Karen is the best manicurist. She does an excellent job on my nails (fillings)! It doesn’t chip and my nails lasts a long time.
