This place has a BIG SIGN outside of their establishment that says $ 35 for 1 hour full body massage and 30 minutes foot massage. First the full body massage was only 55 minutes (whatever really) but then the woman giving me a massage was talking very loudly to another worker outside of the curtained room I was in and then she left the room for a brief moment to talk to someone. This massage was supposed to include hot stones which I was not given. When I brought it to her attention, she told me they don’t use hot stones in the summer… odd. What does it matter what season it is? In any case, after your massage, they act like it’s all over and there’s no foot massage. I had to remind them that I was there for the $ 35 1 hour massage and 30 minute foot massage. The guy who gave me a foot massage told me the foot massages were for free and that they work on tips, although the sign outside in BIG LETTERING says, $ 35 for 1 hour full body massage and 30 minute foot massage. To top it all off, I tipped more than 20% of the services I paid for and the woman asked me for $ 5 more. When I told her no, she insisted creating an awkward moment in front of other customers and totally negating the reason I went there in the first place which was to relax and take away all tension. I’m NEVER coming back here again. Thumbs down!

Horrible place. Unprofessional. My mom and I stopped by without an appointment sometime in the evening weekday and they were not busy and just watching chines drama. My mom was getting a foot message and my mom was totally disgusted. They were not using any force or pressure on the foot, they were just applying lotion on it and smearing it like it counts as a message. Horrible experience. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Go to a place that really knows what they are doing. As we were leaving we can tell they were talking shit in their language.
Like come on. Really? We had to leave without further receiving the message. It was just that bad. We still Ofc paid for some of their time and effort but.
There was a woman customer/​friend next to us on the seat and constantly talking in Chinese and we’ve caught her staring at my mom in such a nasty way and talking Chinese behind our back to the owner of the shop. It was JUST DIRTY AND DISGUSTING. UNPROFESSIONAL
Conclusion. Don’t go here. EVER if I could give this place zero stars I would.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM, STAY AWAY. Very unprofessional and dishonest. My family called for appointments today and mentioned that they had a free massage on their rewards card after getting 9 previous massages here and the woman on the phone said sure, come in. Upon arrival, my family showed the card before the massages so the women knew that they were using the rewards card as my family stated on the phone and the women who worked there immediately said oh no, we don’t take that. Therefore, my family, clearly disgusted, walked out. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.
