All my kids are seen by Dr Ortiz! I was recommended to him and I keep recommending everyone else ! He is very thorough and will give you answers. He makes sure you leave there content. Because he sees so many patience his practice is always busy! And if he’s busy that means a longer wait so be patient — he will get to you and take good care of you. Highly recommend him!

Amazing doctor! Very professional and always willing to answer any questions. He explains things in a very colloquial way. My son previously went to a pediatrician who was very friendly but highly unprofessional. She’s a pulmonary specialist and didn’t even realize that my son’s chronic cough was due to a very mild case of asthma. She also didn’t know he has a heart murmur. Anyway, the wait is pretty long to see the actual doctor, maybe it was because it was our first time there and had no appointment, but I think it’s worth the wait. There are no toys in the waiting room for the kids, only some mirrors and a tv showing cartoons. Once inside the patient room they have a couple of toys to play with while you wait for the doctor to come in. So happy I found him and made the change.
