When I was still under 21, I was a patient of Dr. Shen’s, and I can say this responsibly that Dr. Shen is the best physician at Charles Wang Community Center for children. She is caring, willing to thoroughly check up for my health, and is not hesitate to assign prescriptions. She has a soft personality and a good commend for English language along with Mandarin and Cantonese. Above all, she is very knowledgable and patient.
Lastly, my younger sister is still a patient of Dr. Shen’s, and the doctor once called my sister after hour to ensure that my sister was released from her stomach torment. Dr. Shen is very beautiful, both inside and outside.

Dr. Shen has been seeing my two children and we are constantly impressed with her dedication and involvement in providing good health care for my children.
She is very knowledgeable and able to explain concepts clearly and concisely. She also takes the time to call us (as opposed to having us come for another visit which means lost time and money) when she finds something in our children’s charts or progress. She listens to us and takes action based on our feedback (we complained about a nurse not doing her job and Dr. Shen immediately had another nurse work with us, even though Dr. Shen herself was busy seeing another patient at the time).
Although her schedule may now get busier (which means less time for us :-() because of this positive review, we feel Dr. Shen is really good and deserves to have people vouching for her.
