They have good customer service and know what they are doing. Unlike other auto body shops they won’t scam you. Highly recommend this place!

My car battery kept draining after having replaced the battery just a few months ago at Brothers Complete Auto Repair, so I went back to get it replaced with the warranty.
Although I thought it would be a simple service, they had my car for over 3 weeks, close to a month. They told me there was an issue with the hood latch, which was draining the battery. I asked repetitively to confirm if the issue could definitely be fixed if I replaced the hood latch and finally agreed to have it replaced. A week after finally getting my car back, the battery is not working again… after spending over $ 800 on parts and service fees.
This repair shop is under new management and it clearly shows. The lack of experience and knowledge has costed me time and money, and I definitely won’t be back. Go to a repair shop that has policies set in place and that takes responsibility for their services.

Came here for car inspection today (Friday noon-​ish). They have excellent quick service. The shop seems to be equipped for many customers. Would definitely recommend for people I know!

Good customer service. Fast and reliable. If you speak Korean, cool. If you don’t speak Korean, it’s still cool. One of the oppa here is fluent in both. Wait is kind of long though ONLY because they’re busy since everyone goes to them! Heh
