This bank doesn’t deserve not even a star. From the manager (Lucy) to the staff at this particular bank have forgotten what or how to provide SERVICE!!! My mother purchase a raffle and one a prize. We have tried on several occasion to pick up the prize and we were given the run around. Shame on you Lucy and your staff. I would never bank at this branch because they will not provide nor do they care to provide the service that their customers deserve.
