IF I could give ZERO I would. Buyer BEWARE. This company is out of business yet they are still taking money from customers. I placed an order, recieved confirmation email and they charged my account. I have placed complaint with BBB and I will post negative reviews everywhere. What shame that people are getting taken advantage of like this.

Do not buy products from The Ribbon Spot or their sister company Lone Star ribbons. I placed an order on feb 9th, my credit card was charged but I’ve not received the order. I’ve sent 3 e-mails but no one has bothered to respond. they should be ashamed of themselves for conducting business in this manner. Don’t know if Visa will agree to reverse charges for me… let’s hope so. I’d like to give 0 stars but the app. Won’t let me.

never ever buy from the ribbon spot or lone star ribbon. they take your money and do not deliver the product. they do not answer any emails or phone calls. they do not respond at all. they cheat you and there are complaints abount them with the bbb(better business bureau of dallas)
